Fee debited two times while applying for neet pg 2022
Sir/madam
I applied for neet pg 2022 on 15/1/2022 and tried to pay the fee via UPI which was provided in the site. Money was deducted from my account and still transaction status was showing pending. Again next morning I repaid another 4250 via debit card and it was successful. I sent mail to nbe but the only reply was 'we will get back to you soon'. I contacted SBI and they informed both transactions were successful and to contact nbe. It's been a month and there is no response.

The server was down from 9 pm (16/1/22 ) to 3 am (17/1/22).
I made the payment at 9.04 pm..
On checking next day payment was shown pending..since the seats are limited for guwahati, i had to make payment again on 17/1/22..this time payment was succesful
