Ordered viro v-pro 4g smart phone through razorpay. But there is no proper response for the problem. For the emails there is same reply for more than 6 months. They are not disclosing the merchant contact details for contacting the merchant and they have not yet resolved the problem

Sir i have ordered viro v-pro mobile phone on your quikkshop site on 30th august 2020 at 9:15pm for rs.2499 through razorpay on google pay and the sellers are neeraj traders.. But still i didn't get the mobile or any delivery update.. Please let me know when will i get the mobile or please help me to track the status of my order..
