I am writing to raise a formal complaint against NeoGrowth regarding a loan-related issue. I took a loan from NeoGrowth on dated 28th Jan ’23 with loan application number 1215594. Since then, I have encountered a series of problems:

We have been chasing neogrowth customer desk right from 28th march for getting clarity as to why a monthly loan was all of the sudden converted to a daily one. After asking several executives there, as well as several interaction they are still just lingering around and around the concern instead of providing a proper response. As per the rbi rule if the minimum payment balance or emi as on 29th feb 2020 is zero. We can opt for the moratorium service which i understand was at nbfc's discretion. However, asking to one of your executive they have informed clearly that it is allowed at their nbfc as well.
However, after several requests they continued their deduction. Now, the main problem comes that paylater loan no: 50000036 was started as monthly repayment of loan cum interest. All of the sudden from 21st march neogrowth started collecting 3511.74 daily till 30th march and from 1st april onwards 5836.74 hourly 2-3 times a day.
We have never denied to make the payment. Being a customer from 12years we very well knew that payment has to be made. But, we had just asked for the disclosure and breakup from your customer executives regarding the same as to why all of sudden a monthly payment was converted in emi.

Still, the above question is unanswered and daily several deductions are made without a daily mandate required from that account.

I request you to reverse back the money on immediate basis and share a clear soa showing the breakup of interest and principal.

I never applied for loan or took a loan. I have a credit enquiry for 4 lakhs and raised the dispute with cibil also. Now my documents are forged and someone took a loan and i visited your bangalore office but they were cool about this issue and no response as of date. I think the internal employees involved in this scam and they are all requesting for some time to hush this up and never allowing me to file a police complint.

I have applied for loan to neogrowth credit private limited on 18th of june submitted all documents including cheques. They dint approve loand when i needed, but deposited amount in my account on july 4 without information. I only came to know loan deposit information on july 9th when i checked my account. I requested them to cancel loan as their charges higher than initial commitment. I filed complaint with them, after 40days their executives srikanth and shekar visited my office offered excess interest charges by cash and requested me to go ahead with the load as my complaint threatens their job. On july 22nd i agreed to accept load and signed on document, i requested them to adjust the cashback amount to my loan account which they havent update till. Im regularly paying sheduled amounts without fail, infact im ahead of repayments, no dues. But they kept my cibil rating negative, showing 1, 90.000/- overdue. I took repayment schedule from neogrowth, it missing two of my payments which is rs.95000/-. Calculating from loand accepted date i have paid more than 6.5lakh but their account showing only 4, 80, 000/-. When i showed bank statement with all payments made to neogrowth they agree company fault but not cleared me from cibil. Still they havent updated my credit report with cibil. As a result my personal loans applied to rbl, equitas and fullerton were rejected. And also a home loan rejected by dena bank citing negative credit report by neogrowth. I had to loose my rs.10lakh lost to builder which i have paid as advance, as i failed to make rest of the payments (Which i couldnt make due to loan rejection with all above mentioned banks).
Here im including neogrowth statement, my hdfc statement and negative credit report at cibil by neogrowth.
I contacted their neogrowth executives, visited branch and also sent complaint with statements by courier. Still no response from neogrowth. Ridiculous and responsive company and staff ruined my life, they almost made me a defaulter, created financial crisis.
My payments to neogrowth still up to date. They are receiving about 2 lakh every month as repayment, they received 1.5lakh repayment to them even after i made complaint to them about missing payments.
I request concerned authority to step in, take action against neogrowth and help me in this matter.
