Nerolac Paint Complaints & Reviews

I had assigned Nerolac to paint my flat in Jaipur thro Gulshan Gupta on 5th Sept.2023.They have given the quotations with inflated measurements and took 40%+40% advance of the estimate.On actual measuring, they came to know that they have taken extra payment.Immediately, they abandoned the work and even had damaged my costly interior.When I complained on 25th Dec.they sent Manu Pal Bagla qho visited the site and assured of resolving the problem.But nothing has come out since.I am living in a rented house and they are not bothered.On calling their toll free number, they keep on saying to have patience but without any timeliness.Neither they give contact informations of their higher authorities.
