I am Amal Ram studying at SID Pune. Paid advance, security deposit, rent etc(Rs 23880/-(Reciepts attached) in advance as requested to M/s Nestaway through online, but not provided the accomodation at House ID 254356. Not stayed even a single day at this property. Website showing I have stayed 22 days! Not refunding the paid amounts. M/s Nestaway representative Mr. Siddesh misguided and cheated. At last I have arranged stay with my own arrangement...

I'm a tenant for Nestaway.com. I applied for a move-out on October 9, 2020. I've two concerns here:
1. The current valid agreement states that the agreement can be terminated by either party with an advanced notice period of 10 days. Also, the agreement states that no modification of any provision of the agreement is effective without mutual consent. But Nestaway is asking a notice period of 45 days. Why is the agreement not considered...

Today, infact just now at 5:30 pm. I have a visit schedule lined up. But the area manager [protected], yakshith kumar number is not reachable. Pls advise a solution as i need to visit the place today. Also have attached my booking time and date. This is the least support i may expect from nestaway.
