My two domain is with Net4India from the last 7 years . I paid renewal premium I have been trying to contact them since 25th September because renewal is not updated on the website.

Net4india's customer care number is not reachable, they rarely reply to the email with an standard reply saying it is in process, I have raised 2 tickets on their website helpdesk for the resolution but no reply....

I am Reseller of Net4 India Company for the last more than 10 Years.I have around 15 Domain in my Reseller Panel.Suddenly, Net4 stopped its working without intimating Us.There is no communication with the company.No phone is Working, No Helpdesk, No one is replying to Emails.We are not able to transfer Domain from Net4 to Any other Provider.Please help me out as all clients has taken hair out of my head....

I have been trying to get the Domain transfer AUTH CODE from Net4 India for past several months. There is no response...

Our domain "facetrg.in" has been with net4 for the last 7 years. Now we have requested for the auth code to transfer it. It is not received even after 5 days and none of our tts are answered. Nobody picks up their customer care numbers....

Net4 india seems to have stopped to exist. I cannot access the service website net4.in and it seems that this does not exist anymore without warning. The bizmail "seamsolution.net" is suddenly inaccessible. Moreover the helpline no: +[protected] is always busy for the last two days. Just horrible....

Have generated a few tickets too but nothing happened.

1. I have been trying to setup / add FTP credentials for a few of my hostings but I am not able to do so.

2. I have transferred rs. 5000/- to my reseller account. The transaction from the banks side and also the order from your side shows complete but...

Its a very sad service, lot of downtimes, customer service is unavailable during most of the time, its cheap in the begining but later they rip you off. ive migrated all my domains to namecheap, atleast they are available on chat. anyways, take care....

Net 4 india a fraud company. i registered domain they deduct Rs 1500 from my credit card but the domain are still available. i called 4-5 times problem are still same. so very care full. they have very unprofessional staff.

We (Zuntoech Infosystems Prvt. Ltd, Chennai) purchase MySQL Db Hosting Space on Linux in Aug 2009. Since then we were not able to create Stored Procedures on MySQL. Several Complaint Tickets ( TT[protected],[protected] and many more) have been raised since then. But till date the problem is still open.

I wouldnt recommend Net4 India for Linux Hosting Application. May be its good enough for based...
