Have renewed my hosting but didnt get my hosting back. It seems net4 is shutdown.

On 3rd july i did the renewal for my domain & emails but till now it’s showing in process although money got deducted on 3rd of july only... They are not responding by any mean... I search on google, it seams that this company ran away... Now i need the refund & want the code to transfer the domain but again they are not responding... I’m stuck.

Since the past 4 days or so, all of a sudden, i am unable to send any emails from my outlook or my mobile app. After much trouble, one manages to get through to a service rep on a call. The interaction is so frustrating because they refuse to hear you out and instead, insist that the issue is not at their end but its with outlook and the email app on my mobile phone. Any logical person will appreciate the fact that when the issue is common on 2 separate email applications, then it certainly has something to do with a problem at net4india's end. This email malfunction has been impacted my work and i am at my wit's end.

I have hosted my "theroyalgroups.co.in" website newly with net4india on june 2019. This have php code and mysql database.

It is a nightmare that how net4india is managing the customers by having this much very worst attitude and poor knowledge technical team.

Irrespective of the nature of complaint, it is their habit to close the support ticket saying:

"we have created a test html page and it working fine so please make sure with your developer"

"there is nothing found at our server end as lots if other website is working fine so kindly check it with your developer end"

"our website is working on share environment and number of website is working on it without any issue, we didn't get any issue at server end. We request to you kindly co-ordinate to your website developer to fix this issue"

Technical support persons not at all ready to listen to what we are trying to explain about the issue we are facing, without want to know the exact issue and about the various troubleshooting earlier performed, they are simply creating a testhml and confirming us that everything is fine from their end.

I have hosted my site on net4india on jun 2019, to be frank we have not used our hosted site a single day as of now.

Below are the few support tickets that i have raised to solve issue with my hosted site:

For no any above support ticket they able to find the root cause at their end,
I have spent many hours in identifying the root cause and shared them my root cause finding. Before i shared the root cause issue at their end, as i said in the initial page the simply closed all my tickets saying that everything is fine at their end, i need to check with developer and fix the issue.

I have started submitting issue in july 2019, and still i am continue to submit support ticket to make my site working.

I have wasted my time from june 2019 to oct 2019 by submitting support tickets and following them over phone on alternate days.

With no sign in resolving the issue in my site hosting, i today submitted/requested them to close my website hosting and refund my money back.

I am waiting for a surprising reply from the technical team for my last support ticket, for this cancellation and refund ticket also they will simply close the ticket with solution "please check with your developer for your issue"

This is starting... Not the end.

I will go to the maximum extend to teach them a lesson for their very bad support and poor customer response, so that no any other will suffer.

Net4India reseller control panel is poorly designed and programmed panel which does not reflect the payment status even after making the payment. We paid in time before the expiry and paid again thinking as if it was unpaid because the domain shifted to expired domains column the next day.

Now when we are talking to them on phone they say your domain got renewed for 2 years so we cannot adjust the payment back. We are reseller and work on thin margins, they have blocked our payment which we could utiise for renewing or booking another domain. The fault is theirs so they need to be penalised why we ? There's no system where we can reach to the higher level. Some Mr. Sabah is there who is operating as RM for us but he has no powers to take any decision.

I am writing to you for a complaint. From the past 4 years i have been using your services. The hosting of my website finestfetcher.com is with you. I would like to understand that while a hosting is expiring why is it that customers are not reminded on the same?
This is a very exhausting process to find out months after it has expired that it had expired!!! Do you not have a renewal team that essentially takes care of the same???

I am getting random mails like the one forwarded on this mail to you below but no calls or updates on the hosting of my website which is a far more important and critical issue!
Now that i have taken notice of this and called your customer care all that happened was i was being transffered from department to department and finally when the renewal team came online i was told that i will receive a call back in half hour but its been almost an hour now and the call has still not come in!!

Kindly look into this at the earliest!!

Earlier they had a tie up with Melbourne IT and hence when i had initially booked my domain name with them they had the registrar as them. Due to this there is no online renewal facility available on their website. We have to send them a cheque physically. My domain name was expiring on 7th may 2017 since 5 days prior to the expiry i tried to contact them to provide me the online banking details which they did not send. They claim that even after the domain name has expired it remains in 30 days of grace period and the emails or website won't be down. when I contacted them again on 8th some Hemant came on line and asked me to send a cheque instead of NEFT. When i asked him to send me an email with the details of order number along with the address where the cheque has to be sent, he instructed me to find it our my self from their website in a very rude attitude. On insisting he disconnected the line and brought down all my DNS due to which my emails and website both have come down. THEY ARE FRAUDS!! NO PROFESSIONALISM!! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER!! AND THEY WILL TRY THEIR BEST THAT YOUR DOMAIN GOES OUT OF GRACE PERIOD SO THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM A PENALTY OF 10000 RS.

I am trying to renew my hosting package, my wallet was empty so I asked for help, they immediately responded and asked me to load the currency. I loaded INR 5000 to the account and my so called dedicated account manager told me that it will be renewed automatically. Suddenly I found that both of my websites are down. I checked with customer care executive and they are saying your hosting package is expired. Since then I am trying to communicate with the sales team but there is no single acknowledgement for my mails.

It seems that they become the top most company of the world and they don't need any customer. For the name, they have dedicated account manager but they dont response at all.

Please be aware that net4 is not at all a trustworthy company. They are dealing like fraud company does. They are not providing the authorization code so that one can transfer out the domain to other registrar. My domain name is dkplappliances.com & my customer id with net4 is[protected].

They are simply blackmailing their customer just to retain customer by doing all kinds of malpractices in the name of company policy. They are doing cyber crime in one sense.

Connected with mail server. Frequently asking for password, but even after entering password, it is not working. We have 20 e-mail users, it is not working for anybody. Please do it urgently. We are suffering for last few days. How a company can effort without mail. Please do it urgently.

I have booked domain name oct 2013 which is www.imtechnical.com. on 24th aug. 2016 i have purchased hosting pakage . but by mistake i have attached mtechnical.com . and called to customer but he and she gave me negative response . they can not do any thing. so i want to transfer my 4 domain to bigrock.in . big rock much better service than net4

We are not able to log in to the net4.in site. We changed the existing password and then tried to log in with the new password but we are not able to log in in the new password and also in old password. We called customer care thrice at last call tech support guy said to wait for 15 minutes and then try with the new password but i am not able to log in and tried to call but no one is picking the call.

While we were using their service, our email account used to be down for 2-3 working days in a month. Even though this minor problem could be fixed in less than two minutes, Net4India never took the initiative to solve our problem and furthermore delayed the process for weeks. While talking on phone, customer care representatives responded rudely to our concern, and lacked etiquette to handle our issue professionally.

Without a doubt this company is one of the worst web hosting companies in India. It is a sheer waste of time, money and energy, and should be avoided at all cost.

I am chirag Amrutlal Thakkar from Ahmedabad. I kept FD with Net 4 India for 1 year for Rs. 40000/-. They gave me principal cheque in advance in favour of citibank. On maturity I deposited capital cheque in my bank account which got bounce and reason for bounce was a/c was closed. So after calling long time I got response from company that I need to send original to them . So they need it for audit purpose. making silly excuses, dont have intention to send money if account is closed what is meant even if cheque is with me. Please Sir Help me to short out this matter. i am buying domain reseller programme from Net 4 India, sales executive Mr. Anuj Kr. Sharma at 04/04/2014 and i booked the anddesignss.com for 3 years, amount deducted from my account 4200/- which is wrong and actully price is 2100/-, as per discussion with customer care i raised ticket to refund my extra amount but yet now i didnt get my amount and when i call to customer care they did't give me solutions, they transfer...

I pay Rs.598 for domain transfer from my current registrar to net4.in and by mistake a hosting package is also booked which is of Rs.561. I made request for refund of money and cancel of service several times but the employees said this function is not handeld by customer care, it is handeld by sales person and the sales person said it is handled by customer care and at the end i looses my Rs. 598+Rs. 561 and no domain is transfered and no hosting pack canceled by the company. In span of Approx 20 days after making payment these happened. So plz look in to this matter and don’t want any service by the company i only wants my money refunded.

I am a reseller with NET4. One of my client's website contact page is in php form. which was not working i.e. emails was not rec. inbox. Since last 45 days i have raised 19 complain TT and 10 telephone talk on tollfree no. When i talk on telephone the email service starts within minuts and after working for 4 to 5 days server stopped email service with php forms. again after complain TT and talk over telephone email service starts from server. This happen 4 times during the period[protected] to[protected]. the mail service is not working since last 7 days. This is the ever worst experience with Net4 despite of repeated complains and Telephonic talk (holding 10 to 20 minuts every time). No positive response from NET4. it would be better to change hosting from Net4. UPENDRA VAHINIPATHI

Pathetic service from Net4India

I have purchased Web hosting service from Net4India and It seems i have done very BIG Mistake to host a simple website. Customer care not responding to any queries and they are not seroius about their business and customer business as well.

Very simple problem unable to upload file in so called FTP control panel...

Payment for domain renewal was done in the morning, the executives promised time required anywhere between 2 -4 hours, but even after 10 hours the matter is still pending. Calling up the account manager requires anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes with no guarantee of him turning up on the phone, written complaints were not answered, there was practically no response from anyone.
There is no proper support infrastructure, the executives aren't aware of any Escalation Matrix or no higher authorities available to answer our queries. It's really a worst situation if you ever need any kind of help from such organisations.
There is no mention of contact details of any Nodal Officer on the site.

One of our client has bizmail services with net4india and the service and response they gave is so pathetic.
If you send more than 60 mails in one go then they block your email id and there is no policy in their terms and conditions that states that

they have no definition of what content they call as spam and why they block mails
their customer service will only give stereotype response saying spam mail
any business mail si also considered as spam without any reasoning what is spam in that.

sending 60 mails at a time to 60 customers is considered as not allowed bulk mail

I guess there has to be some law for such cases where business treats customers the way they want

During my visit I have visited with My wife,Kalpana, my friend Mr.Mukesh Patel,Ravindra Parve and others we had visited Om Handloom Handicrafts Shwals Emporium at SHIV KHORI ,RANSOO, and we had placed order under Chingu scheme for supply of 11 items vide Challan no:121 dt.20/1/2012 to Mr.Ronku mobile no:[protected] and paid Rs.1000/- advance. They have said and shown one shwal which they will collect from us and pay Rs.4999/- towards refund. They have shown all the item and we have selected and decided the deal. we came back to Ahmedabad ,We were waiting for the material from the above dealer, we feel we have been cheated and lost RS.1000/- we had made follow up for the same by making call on mobile which we get at certail times, after lot of follow up we have received the material which was short,this we came to know only when we have open the VPP. We have paid full amount of RS.5600+270/ towards postage charges. This material we have received from M/S Trikuta Kashmir Art Emporium NU Campus, Jammu-180006 The material was dispatch on 7/2/2012 & we have received on 10/2/2012. We have started following up for short materiali.e three item In the bills they have not mention ant thing on item 10- and two item short. The gentalman Mr.Jha who is lifting the mobil and assured that he has dispatch the material on 17/2/12. Regret till date we have not received the material, we request to take necessary action.
I would request all the visiters to take note of it please do not give place any order to such dealers in Jammu,Katara,SHIV KHORI and other places.

This is to bring to your notice problem I am facing from Net 4 India.

My name is Mustafa Khargonewala and I am a freelance web designer. My alias is Qamaal Mustafa Sikander and my online identity is graphikamaal. My office is at 173 Citimall Link Road Andheri West Mumbai-400053.

A client Mr.Ram Verma (Mobile No. [protected]) of Rishi International, Kuber Complex, Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai-400053 approached me to create a website for him (www.rishiinternational.net).

He said he has already got a domain but does not have a hosting. The domain was registered with Net4India. I said I can provide the hosting and the name server will have to be pointed to my hosting i.e. ns1.graphikamaal.com and ns2.graphikamaal.com.

The client gave me the login details to point it to my hosting. However once the domain was pointed to my server, his email package of 10 emails stopped working due to which the client asked me to revert the settings. Since I did not know NET4 India's name servers, I called them but there was no response hence I logged in using client's CRM and lodged a complaint.

The next day when I checked, it was closed without providing any resolution. Again I opened it saying the mails are still not working, the name servers of NET4 were given. I reset the same to NET4 and the message was it will start functioning in 4-6 hours. However when it was still not working today morning i.e. 20th April 2010, I called them and they said only the name server was pointed to NET4 whereas the MX was still not transferred and an executive said that now he has done it and in 4-6 hours.

Finally the client called me just now while typing this and informed that it has started functioning.

However this complaint is against NET4 for misguiding and misinforming my client. When he had called the company yesterday, they said that somebody (i.e. me) was trying to CAPTURE the domain in his name and my client should make a POLICE COMPLAINT against me.

Kindly take a note of this as this kind of pathetic service and misguiding to clients can unnecessarily spoil my relations with my clients.

Who will pay for the mental harassment and torture my client and me faced for last 4 days?

I tried to register two domain names on their website www.net4.in. I recieved a success message and my credit card charges for rs 2000/- After two days I recieved a mail that your registartion failed.
But when i checked their website again, the same domain names were showing as available for registartion. Thats a big mistake from their side, I am forgetting that.
From the next day I am trying for a refund. Now its two months up, they never bothered to give back my money.Till they get the money they will give u excellent support, Once we start asking money back, they sart playing drama, I tried online, through the customer care, each time different people different questions. Finally no response from mail & when call, please wait sir we will forward the call to the concerned person...10 minuites, 15 minuites no response.
Dear friends worst experience, I am the owner of a technology company, If its my fate, what will be the situation of common man.

Most important ... i forgot to mention never give your credit card or send money to them. You have no idea what you have to go through. Remember they are hosting company they have their means o[censored]sing your details for taking your money.

I registered a domain name and email package with net4india. First the domain name was shown available but when I made the payment, they said that the domain name got booked by someone else.

So they told me they will make a refund. But it has been two months and they havent made any refund. The order no. is S0121475
