This is with regards to my order 320955 placed on 7th July. Neither tje product has been shipped nor any confirmation is being provided regarding availability.
Further I have been requesting cancellation and refund for the order to which the company does not respond . I have made requests over phone / WhatsApp and email still they do not respond.

I am abhishek bhattacharjee and i placed a order on netforhealth.com on 2 aug 2019 for a sestry shampoo having order id: 302273.. I already paid inr 574 including delivery charges worth inr 85. But i didn't get any update ever since and now when i am trying to reach them by calling their contact no. [protected], but no one is willing enough to pick up my calls and their calling hours states between 10 am to 7 pm mon-sat.. And i tried to reach them today that is monday at 12 pm still no is paying any sort of attention to my issue.. Now i don't know what is to be done..

My product has not been delivered yet.
I ordered on 14th of march.
And till today no sign of tracking details nothing.
I contacted them through whatsapp.
They told me "sir it will get shipped by today"
But till now now nothing.
They are directly cheating!
