My parents boarded netravathi express today. The train is very unclean and there is a shortage of water that is making it more and more unclean. Kindly take an action. They are senior citizens and it is getting very difficult for them. Train details PNR:[protected], TRN:16345, DOJ:05-11-23, 3A, PNVL-ALLP, DP:N.A., Boarding at PNVL only.

Im complaining about the delay I faced
The train was supposed to take from my stop(tirur) at 8:50 but it took at 10:23.
I was supposed to arrive at 12:30 in ernamkulam but it delayed by 82 or more minutes.halted at shornur nearly a hour.
Never travelling in this train anymore.the damages I’m facing due to this late train is huge and it is the worst experience ever.

Full of Cockroaches & Rats

Travelling in Netravati Train was a horrible experience. Due to Airlines strike I had to travel with my 3 mths old son in this train which was full of cockroaches & rats. The toilets were leaking, filthy smell. When a person travel in AC does not expect this kind of experience. Would request the railway authorities to kindly pest control the compartment (physically & not on paper)

irresponsible Station Master

Station Master not available on duty period. He was sleeping at the time of 'Netravaty express' train arrival because of that reason passengers travelled from Mookambika Road or Bynoor station met lot of inconvenience. I am one of that passenger with 12 members
Platform information chart/Board kept in Station to view the coach details was not absolutely wrong. We followed the information written in board but the train stooped in some other place. We (13 members including Senior citizens, Kids) travelled on 24-Mar-2012 was having confirmed reservation but travelled in General compartment in Standing position till mangalore station because of that irresponsible station master. Below are the Ticket details
