I Have booked in payTm and traveled in New Dhanujaya Travels from Mumbai to Hyderabad.
My ORDER NO. [protected]
During booking, they have mentioned arrival time as 8.10AM. So, I have booked with high fare (1500/-) to present in my office early.
But bus lately departure (8.40 instead of 7.30 Pm) from Mumbai and arrival too late at 12.30Pm instead of 8.00Am.
Travel agency are not responsible to that and they are answering...

I have got booked one ticket for my son in the above travels through online service portal abibus.com from hyderabad to pune for date of journey[protected] seat no 8 ticket pnr no ABRS4183483. The bus was stranded about 100 km. befor Pune for the bus compressor was failed. My son had to travel to Pune by catching some passerby buses and by paying Rs.500/= extra to the bus towards ticket as he will be missing his urgent duties in the office....
