I have filed for a claim for my 4-wheeler having policy number[protected]. I have filed this claim on 11th March, 2016 and even after 2 months, I have not received my claim amount for the same.

I have tried to contact [protected] helpline number but they said we cannot do anything about it. I have tried to contact claim hub multiple times but they are not picking up the call.

I would like authorities to take necessary action and process my claim as soon as possible.

I Dhaval thacker met with an accident on 24th Jan 2012, I had mediclaim policy with new india assurance...vipul medcop was our agent for settling claim... After doing all the follow ups and solving all the query...we have not recd still Rs.75000 approx. Without any reason they are neither paying the balance amt nor giving reason for non payment.
