Choked and Overflowing Sewers

Main sewer line in F block, Sector 41, Noida is choked since 08.02.2021 i.e. for the last 10 days. The RWA of Sector 41 has also lodged a complaint of choked sewers. The staff from Noida Authority has come a few times but has not cleared the blocked sewer line. The main sewer line is still choked and as a result sewer water is overflowing inside the houses. Dear sir,
I had applied residential plot under the residential plot scheme 2004 (I), vide acknowledgement no. G-174918 dt. 30/01/2004.
I have received the refund amount of rs.49, 000.00 vide cheque no.549632 dated 07.12.2005 drawn on punjab national bank bank.
I am still waiting for the balance refund amount of rs.1000.00 from them as i have not alloted any plot under the scheme.

NON RECEIPT OF REFUND
I have applied in New Okhla Development Authority - Residential Plot Scheme 2004, but till date I have neighter alloted any plot nor received refund order of balance of Rs. 1, 000/= with interest against Rs. 50, 000/= deposited in 2004....
