Dear SIr/Madam,

I visited Rajasthan on 26 Jan'18. I bought Kambal, Sarees and suit clothes from New Rajasthan Khadi Shop. While purchasing the shopkeeper confirmed us that for any damage or bad quality or fading of colour will refund your money as we are providing you the Guarantee of 5 Years and if you want to replace the product will replace it also.

Its only 1 week o[censored]sing the Kambal and its really very bad quality. Its cotton is coming out. So we called the shopkeeper on 7 March'18 to refund the money as you committed now he is not picking our call. Called him multiple times.

I bought this Kambal on 28 Jan'18. The address of this Shop is mentioned below.

They are actually doing fraud on the tourists. They had stamped on the receipt stating " Guarantee for 5 Years for Quality & Colour otherwise we will replace it". Its really creating a bad impression on the Rajasthan Tourism.

Dear sir/madam
I was on a visit to Jaipur last month[protected] to[protected]. On 17th I purchased 3 sarees(with one more as free gift) from:

Sarees were Guaranteed for 2 years for Quality and Colour otherwise they'll replace the faulty one. But when one of the saree was washed it colour as well as print started to lose. My mother tried for other sarees also and the result was same. I tried to call on the number given on the bill but it says number not present.
Please help me out of this situation as I feel traited and people their are cheating innocent tourists. Certainly this type cheating s are going to give a bad impression on tourist coming to Jaipur and purchasing handicraft items shall gradually fall.
Kindly provide some solution to get my money back.
