I ordered a dress on 14 dec and also cancelled it on that day till now I didn't get my refund the app says prepaid orders get their refund within 48 hours which is over still didn't get the refund it's a ### app

I order an item from the website called newme. The day i got this order I opt for returned because it doesnt fit me well . Its been 5-6 days that im constantly contacting the delievery partner of concerned site but theyre refusing to contact me and giving false excuses. And according to your site policy if item is not returned within 7 days its not eligible for refund . This is so disspointing that this site cannot even provide trusted delivery...
