I have ordered boats airdrops payment d ducted order not delivered also not able to track

I had placed an order on the 19th of March, 2022 for Symphony Diet 12T Personal Tower Air Cooler and paid in advance as directed by Nexa 7.com. The order value amounts to Rs. 1699/-
Order number: 115444. PFA a copy of my order receipt.

With great disappointment, I have to say that I have not received any communication (SMS, email, etc) regarding acceptance/confirmation of this order and the shipment instructions if any, despite having tried to track my order several times. As per the company's directives, the order is expected to be delivered within 5-7 business days. But, it's already been a week. Additionally, for the past couple of days, the website seems to be unresponsive. Hence, neither I'm I able to cancel my order nor get the amount refunded. On mailing my grievance to [protected]@gmail.com a window from the mail delivery subsystem saying 'address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail' pops up. This is giving me an immense feeling of having been cheated. Hoping that nexa7 is a fair e-dealer, I expect an immediate response via SMS/email/WA. If the company is unable to deliver the order, I look forward to the amount being refunded.

I ordered an item on 17 March 2022, via order no.93310 by doing full payment of 2, 999. But item has not delivered yet

I came across this add on google and ordered through paytm. Looks like it's a fraud as I am not able to access nexa7 portal now. Please help. My mobile no is [protected]

I order smart mobile phone on 20 03 22 order successful place and payment also received throw paytm by company.I call and email again and again to nexa7.com mobile no and email I'd but I never received any order and status of my order from company (order I'd 117897)

The above mentioned website was collecting money for several product selling. As a customer I paid a sum of Rs. 899/- on 20.03.2022. for the product of TP-Link AC1750 vide order ID 130298 as shown by their system at that time. From the very next day the website is not accessible & no acknowledgement for the order has been given till date. I am very sure now that I got cheated by the website. The money was transferred to Krishna Fashions.

I booked online two items from nexa7.
1. Philips. Heated straighting brush for Rs.399.00 vide order no.146263, on 22.03.2022.
2. Philips hair drier for Rs.499.00 vide order no.146275 on 22.03.2022.

I made payment online.but I am not able to receive material.

I have ordered the Pen Drive 256gb online Order no 102950 dated 18 march 2022 but till date I have not received I required the same material as per ordered kindly delivered aeap

Have ordered one product 3-4 days back somewhere on 22 March 2022. Paid 1899/- rupees online via gpay but didn’t receive any information yet. Seems like it is a fraud online website. Kindly take stringent steps towards the website - NEXA7.

Hi sir/maam I've ordered Western digital 2 tb my passport external hdd online and paid 1699 as on 21/03/2022 but they didn't confirm payment by mail and also they didn't give tracking ID please resolve my problem..

Kindly file an enquiry and need to take legal action I'd company is fraud. and refunding action may be taken please at the earliest.

I ordered a refurbished phone 4 days back. The amount has been debited but no confirmation or mail yet. The website is no longer opening.

I ordered headphone and paid 799/- online, no product no money. They are cheating showing huge discount, i have raised cyber complaint and no action so far. I wonder how dare-full they cheat online. Setting up website and payment gateway and receiving clear payments and advertising online all setup systematically to cheat people.

Complaint: I don't have any updates about the chair, their helpline number provided is not working (Incoming barred), No response to email.

Resolution: Request a refund of my hard earned money.

I purchased logitech hyperion fury mouse from nexa7 and paid them Rs499 through paytm from my account.
I am trying from days to get tracking details for my product as they said they will email me. But neither they emailed nor they delivered the product.
Service support number in not working and they dint update via msg when the payment and product was booked.
Please help me to get my money back from these fraud people.

I was ordered shimphony air cooler through the nexa7.com. I was paid money through debit card no one can not responding.

The company deduct rs 799 online payment through paytm and give a order id 107021 with a messege your tracking detail sent to your email id shortly. When no tracking detail send to my email after a day i decide to check that on nexa7 site
but the same messege appers day by day " the tracking detail sent to your email id shortly ". On the present day 23 mar 22 the company site is blocked and mobile no. Also stop for incoming calls. Please help to receive my order or return my amount. Thanks
