Sir My name is Praveen Kumar from Himachal Pradesh on Oct, 2019 i received a call from the above company for captcha online work and they told me join this work as they will pay Rs.22500/-. for this work. They said me to send my id and ID proof than i send my Pan Card. After this they did my fake sign on an agreement created by them and send the work link on my email and said that it should be completed in 10 days, but after seen so many complaints against company i refused to work . I sent them many messages and i dialed them many time. But they didn, t responded. On Oct, 2019 i received a call and one mail of a person named as Name not remember telling himself as Advocate and he was demanding an amount of 5100rs for not doing the work. On next day he sent me one notice typed by him and forcing me to deposit an amount of Rs.5100/-. As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam They are regularly threatening me to deposit money . These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job. I request you to take strict action against them.

But I am only sending my aadhhaar card for registration for online job. but after 30 minutes same day mail received by CAPCHA online typing job.then I am check the main then I saw a separate agreement prepared SCANNING & EDITTING METHOD by CAPTCHA OR NEXON ENTERPRISE. I am suspect this is fraud method i.e. name & address type & send me(mail received address-workload.[protected]@GMAIL.COM)& TELEPHONIC DISCUSSION NO. IS [protected] DTD 31ST OCTOBER 2019.& SECOND NUMBER IS. [protected].(CAPCHA JOB CONCERN PERSON NO.)
. So I saw the file and I said I am not interested your job because your job is doutful & I am not satisfy & my registration process cancel . then after some time by telephonic discussion one person he said please send your ID then cancel your registration if your ID not receive then cancellation process not possible after one day I am send my aadhaar card .then I am calling then says that yes your registration is cancelled. Same day all process clear. after some time to three calls receive sir your are online job work then I said I am not doing online job . I said I am same day cancel this process .then he said ok.

I have got a call for work from home by watching video and get paid for each video. But they provided an agreement which had a previous date and wrong information about it. They told it as online agreement. On searching about it, i got to know that it is a fraud company and uses its strategy to make people pay some amount in order to remove obligations by the company and to get noc. Else company threats to file a case and to invalidate the documents.

Many calls and messages have been sent by them (And their advocates) regarding my appearance to delhi court or to pay a certain amount of penalty. I denied, but they often call to notify me about further proceedings.

On 23rd september, 2019 i got a call from this company for captcha work. They send me a link of agreement and ask me to sign on the same. I got the same signed and then they send me a link to install the same on my phone. I installed the same but after starting the work i found that data is automatically getting moved out. I send them end no of mails and tried to contact them. But no solution provided by them. Then i clearly informed them over mail that i am not interested to do their work. Now they are calling me and sending me legal notices. Need help and solution as i got badly cheated by this company. Now i got a mail from advocate associate to pay penalty amount. Sir they are doing this fraud activity with many people and this need to be stopped.

I am getting harassed by the this organization nexon enterprise, they have done fraud with me by collected my documents, such as pan card, aadhar card and said they will provide me some in house data entry job, however they have sent me a link which does not open in any system/computer and they said nothing will be charged against the work.

However when i have started calling to that number to say that the link is not opening,...

On 3 dec 2019 i recieved a call and one mail of a person named as vishwawan mishra teklling himself as advocate and he was demanding an amount of 5000rs for not doing the work. On day he sent me one notice typed by him and forcing me to deposit an amount of 5000rs. As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job. I request you to take strict action against them. I am giving their detail here.

Last month in october i have recieved a call from[protected], a female representative said that she is calling from nexon enterprises. She offered me an online captcha filling work saying that work is free of cost... And then she asked me to send my pan card, my mail id and my address on whstapp, and i did that...

And then around 15 days later... A person called me and said he is an advocate calling on behalf of nexon enterprises and a penalty of rs 5200 + 3000 is being charged on me for not completing the their online work... And so they are taking legal action...

I think its a complete case of fraud with me..

On 6th november a company named nexon enterprise sent me an agreement regarding captcha work of 10000 captcha which i have to submit in 10 days i was supposed to sign digitally and submit but i had only opened the mail they sent and the attachment containing the agreement is now disappeared and they asked me to sent one id proof and address prof which i have sent them and they provide me one login id and password for the work but i had no idea where to login so i called them back and they told me that the email contained everything but i didn't got anything from them and now they called me and ask me to pay 5200+3000 as utility charges and court fee for legal notice which they have sent me. I have no idea what to do so yesterday i called the person who sent me message on my number to provide me the agreement which i signed and the company details but he told me that he can't provide me companies private details and the message he sent me says they have sent me a legal notice of case under ipc act 420.
Please help me to resolve this issue as i have no idea what to do

And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them bt didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 5 days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.

I got a phone call on 4th november 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache entering saying that if i complete 90% of correct captache within 10 days i’ll earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join. I would like to inform you that i applied for captcha job. Then i can't able to do that job for som reason. The one day whatsapp me that sir please do the job or left the work. Then i told him i would like to left the work. Then he told me i have to pay 5100 as penalty. After some time advocate call me that i have to pay 5100 for the cancellation of agreement. I pay 5100 rupees. Then he demanded more more 13000 rupees for fully cancel the agreement. Then i pay that money. Now i dont get any noc. Sir please help me i am belong from a poor family. Please help me to get this noc. I dont have money to pay more.

On 6 of nov a call came on my phone regarding online online part time job. And they say me that the registration is free of cost so i registered into that but do not taking any work from company till now. But they are asking for money to not complete the work. How i complete the work as i already told them i m not accepting any work before 20th nov and that time they ok with it but today on 12 of nov they are asking for money for not completing the work.

I received a call on 6 of November regarding online part time job and they said that their is no registration fee for that and you have to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days. As today 13 of November company employ call me ask me whether I completed my work or not...as I said to him I m not taking the work till now due to exam and I made it clear to them on 6 of November...he asking me for 5200 rs as fine. As company not giving me any work any detail regarding work so how I could do if I take a work and don't completed it on time than its ok to question on me.

My name is hardayal singh. Sir today 13 nov one call was come from nexon enterprise aurangabad maharashtra for online captcha work. They sent a agreement regarding the matter and told for sign. I signed the agreement and sent my aadhar card but in the meantime i search the company status in online that it is fraud. Seeing this i sent a mail to company for cancel the agreement but they are demanding money for that and threatening for legal action. They also not send the copy of agreement. They are calling me regular and harassing for money.

I am gaurav gangrade and few days back i got call from nexon enterprise to do online captcha work and they provided an online agreement which was not actually signed by me.. They have registered themself. After few days i got login information but i have not login till now and have not done any work till now.. And today 12 nov 2019 i got call from rupesh sharma advocate mob no [protected] that we will file case fir against you and was talking very rudely.. This is pure fraud with the job less people and who wants to work part time.

Kindly take the appropriate action against this kind of fraud company.

I got a phone call on 06 nov 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22500/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done in mobile through a link and that time i don't know it was only one time open link and they also never told me about that and after press sumbit button in the link the link was never opened again and i also not recive the soft copy of agreement then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather...

I got a call 6 Nov 2019 from nexon enterprise this number [protected].he told me get a captcha work job salary is 22500 nd deduct 5100 first salary .so he told me plz send I'd proof nd email id so I send him after some time one mail my email id nd call another number to me miss Priya taking me she guide me open the email nd I found a link she told open the link nd sign here so I signed there nd submitted.but I search company site so I found many fraud complaint for this company so I call again that number I m not interested for this work.next call again nd again I m very preserise i can't pay any amount bcz I m belong poor family .plz don't call again .

Then after 5 days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
the work on time you have to penalty charge 12980/-otherwise they will file a case against me. I made the payment and ask for noc and closing of my account they totally denied and ask for more money . when i told him it was totally wrong Then they mail me of advocate notice.
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.

I am vijay ashok kolhe([protected]), today (6th nov) i got call from nexus agent named shruti ([protected]) nexon enterprise to do online captcha work and they provided an online agreement, i have signed the agreement because i wasn't aware they are fraud. Later when I investigate online i found they are fraud and blackmailing people, i have replied to there email that i am not intrested to work and please deactivate my id, also I massage to the agent on WhatsApp but after reading my massage she blocked me and not answering calls. i am afraid they will blackmail me. Please help me.

Hello, on 30 sept, 2019 i recieved a call from the nexon enterprise. Pvt. Ltd company for captcha online work and they told me join this work as they will pay 22500rs. For this work. And they will deduct the 5000 registration amount once my for is finished. They said me to send my id and i send my adahar id. After this they create a fake agreement with a fake sign on an the agreement created by them and then they send the work link on my email and said that it should be completed in 10 days. And they send the application link on my whatsapp which was a dead link. I tried to call them to cancel my agreement. But they are not responding to my call or msgs. They just called me, and answered by call to create a fake agreement to cheat fraud with me.. I'm attaching all the prove of the same. Please help me to get relieve from the fraud from the nexon enterprise.
