Then after 10 days today there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.., previously on 4th october after seeing that is a fraud company i complained against that nexon enterprise on this site, but upto now my complaint was not complete, so
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company. Because of that they don't misutilise my and others id proof. Plz plz plz take a strong action...

After this in the very first day called them for refusal of work so i sent them many message but they didn't respond at all. Now they are calling me and sent a mail of advocate and he is demanding an amount of 5000rs for not doing the work. As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. I am rashmi bawankule and from last week i got call from nexon enterprise to do online captcha work and they provided an online agreement on 7 oct 2019. Which was not actually signed by me. I am confused why they call continuously and trying to convince. Today i got a call of lady she told me if you don't want to sign and work send me agreement return i send her link back now i click on that link showing you successfully registered. They have registered themself without my sign and permission i have a call recording and what's app chat too. Now i read about company reviews it's shocking complaints without agreement signed getting call to pay amount. This is pure fraud with the job less people and who wants to work part time.

Kindly take the appropriate action against this kind of fraud company.

I am sunil jain and few days back i got call from nexon enterprise to do online captcha work and they provided an online agreement which was not actually signed by me.. They have registered themself. After few days i got login information but i have not login till now and have not done any work till now.. And today 05 0ct 2019 i got call from lady that we will file fir against you and was talking very rudely.. This is pure fraud with the job less people and who wants to work part time.

Kindly take the appropriate action against this kind of fraud company.

On 21 sept 2018 i recieved a call from nexon enterprise saying will are providing work from home captcha work and for that they will pay me 22000/- so in a good faith i agreed to do that then after that i called them several times they didn't answered my call and now today they called me and said we are sending you the legal notice because you didn't completed the task in given time... This is to inform you that nexon enterprise is doing fraudulent activity under the disguise of offering captcha job to everyone. On 23rd sept, i had received a call from a woman representative of nexon enterprise that if 10000 captchas are filled within 10 days then i will get paid rs22500. This seemed to me a simple type of work that can be done from home. She even sent a demo of the work on my whatsapp
I agreed the next day, and i was told to sign an online agreement for which the link was sent from a mail id – [protected]@gmail.com. The agreement mentioned that the given captcha work has to be completed within 10days or the organization has to be compensated by paying rs22500. I duly signed it online and submitted it and a message appeared saying that my registration was successful. The next day, a mail came from another id – [protected]@gmail.com - giving only the login and the password. There was no link or website information in the mail mentioned through which i could log in and start the work. Nor was there any separate list of captchas sent, and, hence i could not start my work. I immediately contacted the woman on whatsapp, and, she gave some vague reply. I wrote a mail back to the mail id i had received the login and password. I got a call back after sometime saying that the link would be sent. She also mentioned that there was helpline number on the last page of the agreement. However, i have not received any copy of the agreement.
Just 2 days back i received a sms from an unknown number, saying that since my captcha work had started they hoped i would finish within 10days. However, till now i have not received any link or website through which i can log in and start the work, nor have i received the copy of the agreement. Now, they are sending malicious links through sms, which if installed on my mobile will steal all the information on my mobile. I have not installed that app and now they are calling me up and insisting to install the app.
These sort of fraudulent activities should be stopped and they stop harassing people. Please take stern action this nexon enterprise which is a fraud and harasses people

My name is piyali chakraborty from kolkata on 10th sept 2019 i received a call from the above company for captcha online work and they told me to join this work as they will pay 22500rs. For this work. They said me to send my id as i send my adahar id. After this, they did my fake sign on an agreement created by them and send the work link on my mobile no and said that it should be completed in 10 days. After this in the very first day, i told and mail that the portal is not working and i am not able to understand whether the work is correct or not, i sent them many messages and i dialed them many time. But they didn’t respond. On 21st sept. 2019 i received a msg and one mail of a person named as venugopal varma telling himself as advocate and he was demanding an amount of 5000rs for not doing the work. On next day he sent me one notice typed by him and forced me to deposit an amount of 8200rs. Also, msg me to settle out the mediation call [protected].

As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job.
I request you to take strict action against them. I am giving their detail here.

I send both to them.

This is complaint regarding nexon enterprise which i’ve not found in google/any portal of this so called fake organisation. One of the member using this organisation name called me and asked me for doing home job i agreed that point of time and submit my adhar card copy/pan card and promised me to give 17500 rs on completion of job which was for 10 days deadline. But later i found something unusual that how one can give this 17.5k rs in just 10 days of jobs without any interview/submissions of documents then i searched regarding the organisation in google what i found their was shocking so many peoples have registered complaints for this fake company in all the complaints one thing is common that they threatening everyone and asking to pay amount. The very next day i immediately then mailed them back to cancel my registration but i didn’t get any reply from them then after 12-15 days, i received one threatening mail form their side in which they are asking me to pay some amount for not completition of job not only this they have even said to meet me in court if i didn’t pay for not doing their work, all this mail i’ve received from gmail account.

Now my question is which organisation provides a job on the basis of just submitting a adhar card /pan card without knowing their qualification, if their is any registered organisation then company use their own web mail address not gmail.

What i came to know, there is a some people group who’s is running this fake organisation and threatening a innocent people takin advantage of their unemployment.

It’s a request form me and with all the people who has gone thorough form same to take some legal and strong action against this group of people as soon as possible so that no more person or any one would ever go through the same in future.

I took captcha work and i am not efficient to complete my work accurately so i want to cancel my agreement. But they are asking money from me illegally. Help me out. I don't have money that's why i took the job so that i can earn some money. But it appears to me as a nightmare i am so stuck in this situation. This is a big fraud organization running in Aurangabad cause I have been also cheated by them by getting signed a freelancer agreement. Primary the company's sales person contact's you, he describes you the nature of work, then he gets an agreement signed by you, that agreement gets submitted to their online site here we don't have anything in our custody. Afterwards they send one mail with login ID and password but they don't send an application to log, then we start to find helpline number or email ID to get support and we didn't get it, now here they take the opportunity to threaten client by using legal tools and say that you have not completed your work and we will file a case against you for breach of trust and a notice is sent by them. So this is my cmplaint to consumer forum that many people are getting fooled by this nexon Enterprise like this only so request please please please do take some action against this fraud organization immediately and save people from getting cheated.

This is a fraud organization cause i have been also cheated by them by non providing the essential application to complete their work and now they are threatening me by sending legal notice to pay the amount disclosed in agreement.
Some one should stop this fraud organization from fooling more innocent people's. As people are in need of earning money for their livelihood and these kind of enterprises take the opportunity to earn money by fraudulent activity.

I got a call from csr client phone no. [protected] on 09/09/2019 and she told me that offering me a part time home base job of captcha typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captcha within 10 days will earn 17500/-. And i'm agree to join then. Then she asked my voter card and email id me for the selection provided this to her through whatsapp. Within 10 minute she send one online agreement mail i am not signed it. After that she was called again for confirm the job. However i research in the google about this csr captcha then i found that this company is fraud and snatching money from people. I immediately told her to cancel the registration through whatsapp but they don’t reply. Their customer care number also switch off. But suddenly on 11/09/2019 they e-mailed me my user id and password and also send me the link, but i am ignore them. Now they call me from different number but i block them. I am totally depressed please do the needful help i and take strong steps owards such a fake company and please help me as soon as possible.

On 10/09/2019 i received a call from regarding captcha filling work. The guy informed me that i need to complete 9000 captcha words in 10 days to receive the payment of 2.25 rupees per word. That caller asked me to provide him my address proof, hence on good faith i sent him my aadhar card picture through whatsapp. I asked him that i'm not available till sep 20 please provide work after sep 20 and he told that's completely fine you will get mail and call regarding work. On sep 11 or sep 12 asking that i registered for the captha work and received my creditionals, i confirmed the same. Again i got call on sep 19 and one female asked me about the work and i told that no work assigned to me till now and i asked work from sep 20 so please assign me from tomorrow and she told ok and dropped. I was waiting for work and suddenly got a mail on today sep 24, 2019 from sagar patel number [protected] that i have to pay the fine amount for not completing work. I told him that no worked assigned to me till now how can you fine me but he was not listening at all and saying that you have to pay fine or will file a case against you. I got 4-5 time calls and they are creating pressure to pay amount without providing work.
I am worried about this, and when i checked about the company i found that they use the details to file a case against people who registered. Now, as i found today, i would like to request you for the help on this matter.

About a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct and told that there are few vacancies left in this job. So, when i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, aadhar card. Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 5000 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Ongoing project fromfraud ph no[protected]. Very irresponsible person not answer my phone after agrerment they shall not help me for working didnt count my captchas after 200 entries it will be zero count. Why i compete 10000 captchas. These matter how to tell to that person without answering phone many messages sent via sms whatsapp but no response if i call call reject. Please close my agreement the second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly

That caller asked me to provide him my address proof, hence on good faith i sent him my aadhar card picture through whatsapp. After that he sent me a mail from [protected]@gmail.com with a link stated as agreement procedure. On 17/09/2019, i filled all the details and digitally signed it and submitted it shown me the congratulations message for registering. After, that same screenshot i sent that guy through whatsapp. When i called him on the above mentioned number, he asked me if i signed and submitted or not, the moment i said yes and i asked for the next procedure, he laughed on me and told me that “you are done, no need to do anything now, just wait and watch the fun.” i am worried about this, and when i checked about the company i found that they use the details to file a case against people who registered. Now, as i found today, i request the authority to find out and stop this fraud work. And also i would like to request you for the help on this matter.
