legal notice regarding pending payment intimation.
Today i received a mail from mr. Pranav gupta regarding pending payment intimation for the company nexon enetrperise & the content are as follows.
Dear jitendra kumar,
Company :- nexon enterprise
Username :- c[protected]
Status :- not complete
Address :- 35 bn pac mahanagar lucknow 226006
We just inform you that pay the agreement amount to quit and close your file. Other wise you have to follow the below proceeds.
The company assures that you accept the binding agreement and hence they conduct the legal action under civil wrong and cause of statement.
1: the company will proceeds legal action and file a case against you.
2: they will send you a case id.
3: there after they have provide you the legal notice on your residence proof.
So do not force the company to conduct a legal action against you. This is for final time the company assures you.
If you ignore such things then company is eligible to take legal actions against you.
But the concern is that this is totally fake i did made any type of conversation or agreement with this company.
Kindly replay us your last statement on - [protected] for more details and complete your further procedures...

Updated by Jitu93 i mailed & called Mr.Prnav Gupta to confirm about that the same but he said he will inform after confirmation from the company, my concern is that without appropriate and confirmed information how a person can do so.

Any one go to police station and file a case against this fruad company as well as this lawyer..so that it may be chance for any result.

fraud agreement captcha work
I got a phn call on 5 sept 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them bt didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 5 days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
the work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.

1. यह कि आपके द्वारा प्रस्तुत अनुबंध में आॅन लाईन केपचा वर्क समय सीमा एवं राषि का उल्लेख किया गया है तथा साथ ही यह भी प्रस्ताव दिया गया कि उपोक्त कार्य को समय सीमा में 90 प्रतिषत एक्यूरेसी के साथ पूर्ण करने पर राषि रू. 22, 000/ का भुगतान किया जाएगा। जिसमें आपके द्वारा राषि रू. 5000/- काट कर राषि रू. 17000/- का भुगतान किया जाएगा।
2. मैं आपको अनुबंध के कुछ महत्पर्ण तथ्यों के बारे में बताता हूूॅू। अनुबंध में दो पक्षों के साथ दो गवाह, एवं जिन दो पक्षों में बीच हो रहे अनुबंध के नाम-काम के साथ स्टाॅप जारी कराकर रजिस्टर्ड कराना होता है। जोकि आपके अनुबंध में नहीं है आपका अनुबंध शून्य है। यह किसी कोर्ट में वैध नहीं है। बल्की आपके विरूद्ध फोजरी का केस दर्ज हो सकता है।

i am Jaspreet from Haryana i got a phn call on 21st sept. 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done but the agreement submitted without sign. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not. Then after 2-3 days i received a call from nexon regarding auto typing captcha app.. Then after 12days after registration there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that you had not completed the work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. But i paid 5500 and received noc letter then still forced more mony.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...

Don't pay amount it's all fraud ... Y u paid 5k ... Think logically ... If they filed against you .. 1st they will lock ... Bcos they are cheating innocent people ...

Sir I received a call from Nexon Enterprises company and she said that If you worked in capta They will provide me 22000/- rupees and She send me a copy of aggreent and I said that I will decide latter and I forget this issue.Now today 9nov 2019 The company sent me a legal notice agaisnt me of panalty.Please help me.[protected].
