I have received continous phone calls from ([protected]) & e-mails (Advocate. [protected]@gmail.com) and msg for the penalty for breach of the contract, they give threat for the court case, please find the mail:-

We inform you that we have received your file from our client (Nexon) in order to take steps for legal action against you for violating the clauses of the agreement duly signed and attested by you.
You are liable under indian contract act 1872 and other provisions according to law.

We are sending you the soft copy of the legal notice in your email and hereby you are informed to reply back to us.

Freelancer agreement
This agreement is effective by and between nexon enterprise, located at latur,
Maharashtra 413510 (Hereinafter referred to as "company," and, sarika shankar office/

Both parties are mutually agree for the following points.
1. Services: freelancer shall provide adequate work to the company including in given timeline.
Freelancer and the company may agree, orally or in writing, on additional services or development tasks
That are to be performed under this agreement. Any change in compensation, or the term of the agreement

Freelancer will execute the data processing work provided by client through experienced persons in
Such manner so as to carry out the work efficiently at minimum of 90% accuracy for out files.
2. Compensation: for the captcha fill up, services rendered by the business associate, they shall be

3. Payouts: client will provide unlimited workload till contract period for online captcha. This mou has

4. Tat: you have 10 days (Include holidays) to complete the work and freelancer has to send it to
Company. The company shall give an accuracy report within 72 hrs. For the new work, after submissions
As per technical specifications which are included in this agreement with accuracy parameters. This
Agreement valid for 11 months.
5. Extension: if you want extra days to complete the project than you need to pay extension amount to the
Company.
6. Termination clauses: - if you fail to submit data on time or, if fails to give accuracy in output files.
Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. And nexon enterprise will not
Be responsible for any further data and payment to the business associate. If company found that there are
Multiple logins of a single i. D., the company will not be responsible for the corruption of the data in both
Online and offline modules. And your i. D. Will get terminated without any intimation. If we find any 2 login/
Logout together, 2 ip address without login/ logout, browser upgrade/ degrade without login / logout then id
Will be terminate without any prior intimation.
Your i. D. Will be immediately terminated without any prior notice if any of the following happens,
1) if you use any illegal ways to earn money.
2) if you had not earned anything continuously for 1 week.
3) if company found that there are multiple logins of a single i. D., the company will not be responsible for

Acceptance letter
At the booking time no initial payment is required to pay, but you must have to pay rs. 5200/- amount (Per
Month) for utility and maintenance on following grounds.
(A) in the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is entitled to receive amount by any cost.
If you achieve the accuracy which mentioned above, then utility charges will be deduct from your work
Payment and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay as a liability which

(B) this charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of the platform where you working

Required accuracy by the company:
You must have to provide 90% accuracy in captcha work (10, 000 captcha) in 10 days.
Viz cut off captchas are 9000 (In total) –for full payment
Below cut off - you are not qualified for payment & id will be terminating by server side.
If client makes any mistake in a form that form will be rejected, likewise client have to maintain cut
Off or accuracy.

And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them but didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 5 days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice and fake agreeement from advocate abhay tripathi (Mob no-[protected])... And yet after paying 5000 rs they force me to pay 17, 500 for terminating agreement. The agreement is of 11 months then how he can file case against me in only after 15 days how nonsense people they are.
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company and try to get my money 18000 rs back.

Dt:[protected], i got a call from a company nexon enterprises. Mac2cap 'app' captcha work. About a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct and told that there are few vacancies left in this job. So, when i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to send my aadhar card and my mail i'd. They sent a link on my mail i'd and ask me to sign it. Within a few minutes, i got a call from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 5100 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Ongoing project from fraud ph no [protected] to [protected]. Daily i completed 7 sets of 150 to 200 captcha but except first day it always show less than 1000. Even i complained on 17th regarding this but they didn't listen to me when i whatsapp the message to her she didn't reply. Till 18th i completed 8453 captcha on 19th i further completed 11 sets of captcha work which is approx 1800 captcha. But they don't count it. On 21st they called me and asked if i want more time to complete the work then i have to deposit some amount in their account otherwise rs 5100 i have to pay for cancel the agreement. Today they send me legal notice regarding this. These matter how to tell to that person without answering phone many messages sent via whatsapp but no response if i call call reject. Please close my agreement. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly

I got call from nexon enterprise related to online captcha filling work, they said that i will get 22500 for 10 days, then they send an agreement to which they forced me to sing by repeated calling me and messaging me, then on that itself i find out that the company is fraud and doing these king of fraud, please help me for keeping my information safe and rid from these types of calls.

I am tarakanta. One day i got a called from [protected] and asked me, will you do on line captcha work. I told him no then he called me again again. Then after 3 days he demand me about my identity card and sent an agreement copy that signed by me told me this is only formality. He told me you will have to complete this work within a 10days.
Sir after completion of my signed. I called him and asked about a work but no given reply to me after 5 to 7 days sent me a link running only 2 days, i had start that job but after 2-3 days not open the app then again called him but no reply from him. I have all proof call recording and whats app massage.
Now from nexon enterprises a asking for rs 5000+3000, now they massages and mailing to notice by mane advocate.

I have received a call from nexon enterprises for part time jobs to filling capcha on 30 september 2019. After that they sent me an agreement to sign. I not signed i. They said that they will sent me capcha work soon. They sent me user id and password. They are calls and messages to pay 5000 as penalties.
I do not know why it is. They threatened me for legal action and harassing me a lot.
Please help me out in this matter. As soon as possible

They said me to send my id as i send my light bill. After this they did my fake sign on an not agreement created by them and not send the work link on my mobile no and said that it should be completed in 10 days. On 14th of oct., 2019 i recieved a call and one mail of a person named as aditya mane teklling himself as advocate and he was demanding an amount of 5100rs for not doing the work. On next day he sent me one notice typed by him and focing me to deposit an amount of 8100rs. As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job. I request you to take strict action against them. I am giving their detail here.

I got a call few days before to do online captcha taping work. From nexon enterprises. and told me that they will pay 22000 rs for 10000 captcha in 10 days. They send id and password but not app link id.

On 10 oct 2019 a mail came mentioning that you didnt completed work. So will have to pay rs8100 to close this file. And on 12oct2019 again a mail came about legal proceding against me in court.
There was a mob nom. I connected that man he was forcing me to deposit rs 8100. In nexon company account.

My name is rohit patidar. Sir i got a call on 12 th oct, 2019 nexon enterprise, maharasthra for online captcha work. They asked me for id proof and i send them driving licence copy. They sent an agreement regarding the matter and told me to sign. I checked on internet and found it fake and have told them i am not interested i did not signed the agreement but they have activated my account by doing my fraud signature. After seeing many fake complaints against the same companies i ma sure they will also call me for money in that case what i need to do sir.

On 28 september 2019, i got a call from +91 [protected] saying we have got your contact from shine.com and would like to offer you a part time captcha filling job which is work from home.

The job was as following:
In 10 days, 10000 captcha have to be filled and on completion will receive rs.22500/- and on completion they will deduct rs.5000/- as registration fee and will finally get an amount of rs.17500/-.

I knew something was fishy. But i decided to continue as to see how these fraud companies work.

I handed over my aadhaar card details. Soon i got a call from +91 [protected] where a lady asked as to when i would start. I read the terms wherein it did not state contractual agreement nor any repercussion for not doing the said job. After i read, i said immediately start my work.

A mail was sent by captcha as attached below. It had username and password but no instruction as to where to use these credentials.

At first i tried contacting the first person on whatsapp but he was not responding to my messages. Then i dropped in a mail saying that there was no link given for me to work. They did not respond.

On 12th october 2019, i get a mail from advocate. [protected]@gmail.com saying he is advocate called sahil and nexon enterprise is filing a case against me for not doing the work. The advocate seemed to speak in hindi and was not sounding professional by any means. He said i was liable for fine of rs1.5lac to nexon enterprise and that my file is being registered in a civil court in maharashtra. He sounded very impatient and was trying to make me feel scared. He told that this file would not be registered if a payment of rs. 7500/- was made outside the court by any means. At first he said i had 2 days to give money, then he started saying that i better give the money by 12.30pm. I was utterly confused. So i said i would make the payment on google pay. He sent me the following bank details

After getting all the details, i searched online and found a ton of fraudulent cases with multiple people who were threatened the same way.

Finally, i came across a guy called vinod (+91 [protected]) who helped me through this by telling me not to transfer a single penny and to ignore all such calls.

As per the so called agreement that i read thoroughly there was no mention of liability and that it was a job being offered free of cost and that i would be doing the job if possible.

I have recorded every single call made by them to me. I have proof of emails that they did not respond. They do not have an official website nor any legally set up business.

I think they are just group of scammers using the data for identity theft and to extort money from citizens of india by threatening.

My online question is i had provided a photo of my aadhaar card to them. They have my name, number and mail details also. How vulnerable am i? And how do i report these to cybercrime branch?

I am hassan from patna (Bihar) i got a phn call on 9 sept 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done but the agreement submitted without sign. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not. Then after 9-10 days i received a call from nexon regarding auto typing captcha app.. Then after 12days after registration there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that you had not completed the work on time you have to penalty charge 5500/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. But i paid 5500 and received noc letter then still forced more mony.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...

Or agreement sign karaya or voice call record krakr email pr ek pic aaya jisme id or password tha... Pr kam kese krna h ye sb nhi btaya or gayab ho gyi... Maine whatsapp pr msg kiya pr koi jawab nhi aaya.. Ab achanak sa 10 din bad mujhe call aaya or company mujhe paise ka demand kr rhi h.. Or indirectly dra rhi h... Usne ek advocate se call karaya or kaha ki maine unka kam pura nhi kiya h... Isly unke paise wapas krne honge. Nhi to mujhe court me jana hoga...

I got call on 15 sep and asking me for part time job, one lady explain and asked to do registration and asking me id proof and address, i denied asked why it is required, she replied that is part of process, then she shared a mail and asked to submit the agreement, i told her not to submit immediately as i will read it. But she forced me to do that and told me that her senior will explain in detail after agreement done. I had some doubt so i did not done registration. After 2 day she asked me to share the snapshot of mail on which registration to be done. I did not shared. She called me multiple time on whats up and followup me. Disturbing me to do it immediately.

Initially i am not responding her as i was not interrested and having some doubt on her. But due to continues phone i had to share the screen shot, after some time i found that automatically my registration done. I have not submitted and signed it. This made me feeling like cheated by lady. I also replied her without my doing registration how registration done by no response of her. After 10 days i got mail from company advocate associate and demanding money against agreement. I told him that i have not done registration but he pushed to to pay money and settle the case. Please help me to get out this issue.

On 19th september i got a call from nexon enterprises and she told me that this is data entry company and very simple work have to do. Then she asked me for the i'd and i sent her my adhar and pan card and then she send me the agreement link and then when i open that there was a large number of terms and conditions then she forcefully told me that i have to sign on the agreement within 5 min then i told her that i have to take to read this. After reading all terms and conditions i decided that i have not working with this type of company. Then after 2 days i got i'd and password for the site without signing on the agreement link. Then at that time i ignore ignore that mail but on 4 th october one advocate whose name is rakesh. He mail me that i break the agreement and i have to pay for the penalty. Then i realised that this is a fraud company and they want to earn money from the students by blackmailing them. I think this is very serious case which was also faced by many more students and many of them pay that much amount. But this is not fair.
At this time some students want to earn money for there study continue. And also at this time there are much more students are unemployed that then this type of companies make fool to them.
I request you to resolve my problem and also many more students that also become part of this fraud.

And i don't received any app and working platform. Then i found so many complaints about these fraud, and now i m worring about they might be black mailed or might do anything fraud. I have received a call from nexon enterprises for part time jobs to filling capcha on 22 september 2019. After that they sent me an agreement to sign. I signed it on the same day. They said that they will sent me capcha work soon. But i have not received any work. They sent me user id and password. But did not give me any link or process to use it.
On 3 oct -2019 i received a mail regarding legal proceedings. Also calls and messages to pay 5000 as penalties.
I do not know why it is. They threatened me for legal action and harassing me a lot.
Please help me out in this matter.

A call came from this company asked me for online captcha work. He didn't told me about charges of not working that is 5000. Now someone from this company called me and charge a penalty of 5500 + 3000. This is a fraud company haven't told me everything now saying that file a case against me.
