Dear sir,

I got a call from a girl named aarohi from nexon enterprises and she said me that i can earn 22500 in 10 days by working from home. Then they send me a agreement through email on my email id and asked me to send id proof i send the my pan card copy.in the agreement it was mentioned that if i don't work or leave the job in between or if i don't complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 5000 to the company, after that i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company. So after reading all the terms and condition i decided not to work and informed them that i am not interested. Now they have activated my account on captcha without my consent and are forcing me to work. I have not signed any document they may have used my fake signature.

, i was contacted by this person called "payal sindhi" who came up with this proposition to be able to earn ₹22, 500 in 10 days by solving 10, 000 captcha with an accuracy of 90%. She also laid the condition that if could not complete the task, i would have to pay them ₹5000 from my earnings. I was in dire need of money at that time, owing to an upcoming exam, so i thought this was a sign from above and signed up for it.
A couple days into it, i came across an article that said that captcha solving is a crime. Moreover, the app that they had asked me to download, the one on which i was supposed to work, was also faulty! Panicking, i called their helpline but it was always out of coverage area. I decided to called 'payal sindhi'.in the beginning she wouldn't even pick my calls up, but after another 5-7 times of continuing to dial she finally picked up - and was immensely rude. She said that i couldn't terminate the contract now and that i'd have to pay them ₹5000 if i did. Saying this she cut the call in my face!
I decided to drop the activity anyway because i did not want to fall into a deeper pit than i already was in.
After 12-13 days, i received a push notification saying that if i didn't want be booked for breach of contract, i should contact the given number. The number, when i checked on truecaller said "fraud bewra of captcha" - i don't know what that is supposed to mean. I called that person and he introduced himself as adv. Kunal shah. He said that i'd have to pay his client an amount of almost 13k now. I blocked the number, but the messages still continue and they keep blackmailing me saying that if i don't pay them, they would take me to court.
I do not know what to do... Please help..

Their executive called me regarding the captcha work communicating me that i hv to complete 900 accirate captcha in 10 days. Then they sent me the link n demo videos on whatsapp and they sent me the mail link also in which there is a agreement.. After reading the terms n condition i called that guy n told whats this penalty n all n i will not sign this.. He told me that its just a formality. I refused that please stop i dont want this even
After that they forcefully created my id n link.
Now they are mailing me for legal actions and penalty.. Any suggestions.?
Please help me out.

I was seeking jon, & this nexon enterprises intimidated to provide 22500/ for 10 days for catch writing...
But once i submitted my id proof & signature in the planned agreement.
They provided password & username of nowhere... Neither they assigned & nor they gave money...
Now anonymous people are asking money in the name of agreement...
Seems this is my last message they want me to do suicide...

Today i send them mail and call but there is no response from there side now i am afraid about the agreement which they talked about now what should i do. Please help.

On 7th of sept, 2019 i recieved a call from the above company for captcha online work and they told me join this work as they will pay 17500rs. And 5000rs. Will be deducted as registration fee for this work. They told me to send my id, but i cross checked and asked them to give me a proof of their company so they gave me another company's name which is a registered company on google, so i sent my pan id.
After giving my details i contacted them till 11th sept, but they dint pick up my call nor did they reply me on whatsapp.
After this they did my fake sign on an agreement created by them and sent the work link on my mobile no on 14th sept and said that it should be completed in 10 days. After this in the very first day, i asked the person who are you and what have u sent, but no reply did i receive and after 2 days, i received i call stating mam are you working on our project, but till that i understood they are fraud and i told her not to call me and i spoke for refusal of work that i am not interested to do this work, and tolddont call or else i'll file a case in policestation and she put off the phone. But they didn, t responded.
Now today, on 26th of sept., 2019 i recieved a call and one mail of a person named as aslam telling himself as advocate and he was demanding an amount of 15500rs for not doing the work.
Stating (5000 for not completing the work and rest of formalities and noc)
I got scared and asked for easyway out so that person said i can negotiate n tell them to concose the amount till 10200rs.
As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job. I request you to take strict action against them. I am giving their detail here.

R/sir,
I, Anwar suhel on dtd 25/09/2019 received a call from nexon enterprises by mob no [protected] she said me would you like to part time job of making captcha word you will get 22, 500 in a 10 days i said "Yes" i will do she noted my email address and sent me a mail agreement by e mail id [protected]@gmail.com after some time once again a call received by another no.[protected] your mail confirmation has been activated. But Neither i signed any docs nor agree with her deal. I checked my mail address and i did not find her agreement in place of agreement there was a message congratulation you are registered.
On dtd 24/09/2019 I am trying to call on both number but she is not receiving my call today at about 1800 hrs. I received one more call by number [protected] said you are agree with our deal i say no i have done any deal with you she said if you want to close that deal you have to pay 5200 Rs. And other charges other wise a leagle notice you will receive and you will go jail. Sir a i am very harass due to above reason
Request take highly action about that comapny otherwise it may be possible that some other person can committed suicide.
It is requested to you sir please leave all person who are concern in this case.

I got a phn call on 11 sept 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them bt didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 5 days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that i[censored] not complete
The work on time you have to penalty charge 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice...
Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company.

For this work. They said me to send my id as i send my adahar id. After this in the very first day i call them to refuse that i am not interested to do this work. As one of my friend told me about this that they are not going to provide any money after the work. I sent them many messages and and i dialed them many time. But they didn't responded. On 23th of sept., 2019 i recieved a call and one mail of a person named as adv. Anirudh krishan and he was demanding an amount of 5100rs for not doing the work. After that they are calling me continuously by different number and demanding money. As these group of people are very much fraud and doing scam. These are having a habit of making the people fool by the name of online job. They are making fool o[censored]nemployed student. I'm very upset right now as they are disturbing me a lot. I request you to take strict action against them. I am giving their detail here.

You decided to engage in the work of data entry operation with my client and as a part of the mandatory process, you signed an express agreement agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated therein.

You received practical demo of the work that you are supposed to provide to my client. You also received a user id and password which was sent to you by my client on your registered email id. You agreed to follow all the process both orally as well as in written with my client. Owing to the said express agreement made by you, you are liable to pay up utility and maintenance charges to my client. Once the said payment is made, you shall receive an noc certificate within 45 minutes of the payment to my client.

As per sec.14 of the arbitration and conciliation act and also the indian contract act, you are bound by the terms of agreement and thereby liable to pay the mandatory charges at the earliest.

On 23/09/2019 i received a call from nexon enterprises captch part time job.
They ask me that you will get 10000 captcha, you would have to complete 9000 captch with in 10 days.
They ask me to send id and mail id for registration.
I send both to them.
They send me agreement copy without my permission.

But now i calling them they are not receive call or reply me on whatsapp.
Also demanding me for 5200rs for registration.
I think they are fraud & i read the views of nexon enterprises i think they will try to blackmail me.

They ask me that you will get 10000 captcha, you would have to complete 9000 captch with in 10 days.

They are blackmailing me if i will work they send an advocate legal notice to me.

They introduce as online captcha company. After agreement they not provide any login id and password. After 10days they sent legal notice through their lawyer (Aslam) as not completion of work for which they charged 5200+ 3000 (Lawyer charges). They torture in phone with there fake notices and lawyer notices. They are fraudster and earn money by torturing people with there fake papers. There advocate name is aslam who is a bluff master.

Kindly take action as soon as possible.

But i didn't get any link to download their agreement & work apps and after few days when i don't understand what is happening i called & e-mails them but didn't get any response, i mailed them i msg them bt no rply cames... Then after 10 days there was a call came on my number from (Person mobile no. [protected]) their end saying me that i censored not complete so your name has filed a case on you that you have not done the work of agreement of that company, then you do not gave money in his b-half or you come and bring the case in aurangabad maharastra.

since you availed online BPO assignment of (CAPTCHA TYPING) from
M/s. “NEXON ENTERPRISE”
4. That, you as on date: 9/4/2019 completed registration with my client agreed
upon the Terms & Conditions/Rules & Regulations by entering into Agreement
on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- as on date: 9/4/2019 with my client
with Data Outsourcing Assignments (CAPTCHA TYPING) vide Project ID

5. According to terms and conditions of the agreement, you had to complete the
work of (ONLINE CAPTCHA TYPING) in “10” days. But, terms and
conditions of said agreement entered into by you with my client i.e. TAT (Turn
Around Time) you have not submitted accuracy report to my client within
stipulated period of “10” days as mentioned in the agreement. We provided
the online captcha typing work like 10, 000 captcha’s and you have not done
within “10” days.

6. In the agreement we both are agree for the promissory as like under:
No initial payment is required to pay at the booking time but you must have to
pay Rs. 5200/-(FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ONLY) amount for
utility and maintenance on following grounds.
(A) In the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is
entitled to receive amount by any cost. If you achieve the accuracy which
mentioned above, then Utility charges will be deduct from your work payment
and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay
as a liability which describe above.
(B) This charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of
the platform where you working online data typing.
(c) If you deny paying the said amount then company will take this matter
legally & all the legal expenses will be bear by your side, company is not liable
for the same.
Required Accuracy by the company:
7. You must have to provide to Captcha Typing work for 10, 000 captchas” in
“10” days.
8. My Client informed you for the same by sending you an email dated 18-09-
2019. with respect to the non-submission of work assigned to you and for the
very reason you have made liable yourself for to pay the utility and
maintenance charges of Rs. 5200/-( FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
ONLY) to my client because of your default i.e. (non-submission of
accuracy report about CAPTCHA TYPING).
9. Inspite of consistent communications by my client through telecommunication
and email you have not paid Rs. 5200/-( FIVE THOUSAND TWO
