NGO Darpan Complaints & Reviews
no darpan certificate issued to our trust and no intimation received
Madrasa E Saifiyah a trust registered u/s 12A of the Act, had applied for Darpan Certificate on 18.03.2024. As per the timelines, the Certificate and the Unique ID should be generated within 2 days of the Application filed. However, more than a month is passed i.e on 22.04.2024, we still have not received any intimation for the acceptance of the application neither any objection for the application. The Trust 2 Bank accounts is seized from the day of application and more than a month, due to non issue of darpan certificate, our bank account remain seized as on date.
We have contacted all the helpline numbers innumerable times and also emailed to the help desk, but neither the calls were answered nor email was reverted. We request to kindly treat this matter urgently.

Wanted money for a child who is suffering from cancer
I have been receiving calls from them since two days, initially they asked very respectfully .I asked about their details and all, they sent me tax exemption some other certificates immediately to my whatsap.
So I thought this could be scam and blocked them after reasearching about this Darpan in Google.On the very next they called me from another number for follow up . I asked to send them their audits and he replied how can I send when you block our number.
I answered "when you know that I am blocking your number then you should think that i m not interested and should not call me again" and he started screaming and abusing with a bad language..
I immediately blocked his call too..
I don't know how they are able to get the numbers.
We really don't know who is genuine when real needy people approach us

Call and text received from number [protected] asking to send money to help a child who has body burns andbcurrebtly admitted to goveenment hospital in noida.
Plz spent ur 2mint in medical emergency pls type in url bar ngodarpan.gov.in
Then clck on 4th option search ngo's in manue bar
And mention in ngo name colunm (India rehab center)
And clck on search. Then u get result (India rehab centre) clck the result after read each details pls select the link in bottom (www.indiarehabcentre.org) nd copy paste in new url then agin clck on 4th option in manue bar (Get involved) see the 1st option cases the u get all details about burn child click on his pick (Manvi kumari) (2year old)
Pls bless her and help her also to get 2nd birth from ur lucky hand. Pls b savior by the clicking on payumoney donation option. Help her with you maximum help.in volenteer type - sangeeta daniel

fake call for asking money
Today i got call from a student asking me help with any money as the child is injured and he needs to b treated. The mobile no is: [protected]. Kindly do not entertain such calls. No ngos will take your followup like this people are doing. Save yourself from such fraudulent calls and do not donate any money. Disciplinary actions are supposed to be taken against such things.

I have phoned to[protected] and [protected] and also mailed to ngo darpan regardind pending approval for our darpan id but no response from them .We had been trying to generate the darpan id but still not generated even if profile 100% complete

Same thing here today at 12:45pm, such a harassment over the phone regarding if i don't donate some amount immediately some baby with heart failure would die. When i told the guy that i couldn't completely hear him clearly he started screaming over the phone. I told him to message the details so that i can check the authenticity of his claims, he sent over the website link and you can tell it's a fake and they're scamming people. Can't believe that these people think to blindfold the public in broad daylight.
I request the ethical hacking team to take down their webpage and also inform the government as their using them as a front for scamming people and the cbi to seize all their digital transactions.

fake call asking for money

I got a call from [protected]. This guy was claiming to be a delhi university student volunteering for ngo darpan (Which is a government organisation). Being myself from du, i tried questioning him and proving him fake. He did not accept it at all and it just got on my nerves as he is defaming a university, an organisation and of course the goi. If people are gullible enough to come under the influence of his talks, then the loss is irreversible. I have received these calls earlier also. And they are 100% fake. I would request you to not be fooled by any of their claims and report it to the police, if possible.

Today i got an call from Mr Manish working for your organization from mobile number [protected], i hope i told him to call in December, at present i am Jobless and i am struggling to feed my family.
He was harassing me why you toke the details of a 45% burnt child details if you can't help and he started arguing, you don't have a single rupee to help and cursed Karma will do the rest of the things.
I have helped donated when ever i can but, today this time i couldn't Mr Manish has learned me that if you have some intention of helping will go wrong.
He is keep on sending me SMS when we students can give 100-1500 why you people can't.
Pl don't force anyone without knowing there personal situation i am jobless for 4 months and struggling to feed my children's .

I have received a call from Ms.Parul ([protected]) on 11th April 2018 asking me to donate for a girl who was injured severely due to falling of hot oil, she directed me first to ngodarpan.gov.in for donation and later Mr. Anbesh took over and explained me about seriousness of girl's health condition. his version was girl is injured due to falling of hot water. He said girl has undergone five surgeries and further need three more surgeries and asked me to donate Rs.25000/. he called me at 1.35 pm and asked me to donate by 2. pm on the same day. I told him that i have my student viva scheduled at 2 pm and will do after her viva. during viva time i have received call from number [protected] (true caller showed name as Jahangeer Mahaw) i did not lift the phone as student is presenting her viva. he called twice and as i cut his phone he has sent a long message to mobile, cursing me as well as abusing that i did not help. Later again at 3.pm Ms.Parul called and i told her about abusive message of Mr.Jahangeer, she immediately handed phone to him, and he started explaining his version of writing abusive message, unable to tolerate him i cut my phone, he called several times but i did not lift then he messaged me again in abusive language., . Next day i received a message from [protected] again insulting and cursing me for not donating. Later I have received a call from number: [protected], (i did not lift this number as true caller showed name as abusive rascals, somebody already feeded like that) later i recieved call from number [protected] (Abnesh) and but he introduced himself as Krishna Kant and repeated the same version like MR.Jahangeer, that my kids will suffer like that girl as i didnot help the injured girl.
I dont think that problem is with Darpan NGO, but the Fraud organization India Rehab Centre, which was registered under Darpan site, giving impression to the people that it is government organization.
I request Darpan to look into the issue and remove registration of that fraud site from your website., else people think Darpan is cheating people with false cases of child injury.
I am also lodging complaint about those people, Parul, Abnesh, Jahangeeer, Krishnakant with evidences of their messages sent to me.
hope you will also take action.

Don't worry no one take any action by consumer complaint board and NGO Darpan also . Government also fake.

Absolutely agreed. This India Rehab Center needs to be taken a severe legal action. Surprised to see that no action is taken and the culprits are left at large in this country even after seeing so many complaints. One of the callers from this center made 7 calls to me, questioning why I was not doing anything when someone is suffering. These fraudsters started harassing nowadays. When I mentioned about legal action, these folks said 'try your best, you can not do anything'. These guys are backed by someone in government as all the calls are coming only from Delhi based NGOs. If anyone has registered any legal action earlier, please let me know, I too will join you. Also if you know this fraudulent person- +[protected] please let me know, I need to register a complaint against him as well.

I have received similar call from [protected], asking to login to darpan site and it will redirect to other person. I think NGO Darpan has to take action on these people, otherwise they loose their credibility.
