First of all, very bad service, delayed deliveries and no responses. They completely ignore you when you try to reach them and if you write something then continuously, they will come back rude. Secondly, don't go for the fancy photos they show on insta and on their website. They sell cheap synthetic fabric on the name of cotton and it will wear out after 3-4 washes only.

I have purchase two night suit from night angel by PC. I have received only one that two after 10-11 days not it's been 20 days neither I receive the product nor any information about the night suits where about. They provide a customer service number but after some automated reply the call automatically cut. They didn't even reply on Instagram DM or whatsapp number.
Also the night suit I have received is very cheap quality fabric. They are not even worth 500 rupees and I have spend 1700 rupees for one. Cheap stitches and bad print. Totally disappointed.
Now I want to cancel my second order. They didn't not receive call not even reply on e-mails. Reply ASAP

I have been continuously chasing them for an exchange because the quality of the nightsuit is very poor and there are major fitting issues, but the team is highly inefficient. They keep misguiding and then blame the customers for late complains.
After constant complains and discussions with their team, they have clearly denied any exchange on the basis that the complain was not registered on time (on mail, because it was done on other platforms) and should have been done on email and not any other platform. However their contact number has an option of initiating exchanges.
The reason they gave for not accepting the complain on instagram is because they cant keep a track as they have “1000’s” of messages everyday! I would strongly request these 1000’s of people to stay away from the page as they are only looting the clients!

I ordered from them almost 2 months ago. Haven't received it. I received no confirmation of my order, I chased them on whatsapp to get it. They have stopped responding to me on whatsapp/emails. Their call center is worthless. I have a recording where the representative told me that it 'might have been dispatched' when i told her that 10 days ago I was promised in writing that I will receive my order the next day.

They delivered me the wrong size first and the product quality is too low.. inspite of several follow up they don’t bother to reply you.. total loss pls don’t shop from them.

I usually never give a negative review to any website. I don’t like pulling someone down but just for the consumer awareness I am posting this.
THEY HAVE A VERY VERY VERY POOR CONSUMER SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS. Would never recommend using this. I spent more than 50 hours just calling and trying to get a feedback about a customisation. No responsiveness, very slow. Whenever I was able to get in touch with someone they tossed me to another number or would keep me on hold for hours.
I had a very taxing experience.

Product quality is pathetic.. they claim it to be cotton but it like the roadside satin fabric.. my money went down the drain.. customer service is pathetic.. you have to follow up multiple times only to receive a cheap looking product at the end. They just keep flashing celebrities in their night wear to lure customers.

I have ordered a night suit from nightangelsbypc on 17th nov and the stitches came out in a day. I reached out to them and they just delay it.

They are now ignoring me and have stopped responding them.
I urge all o[censored]s who are in the same boat to teach them a lesson and file a complaint against them. I am planning to file a legal complaint against them. Attaching my screenshot.

Probably the worst website that is looting its customers where people have to wait for over a month to get a night suit. On questioning they say that their website mentions the timeline is one month which is EXCLUDING the public holidays. I mean seriously? Does a consumer have to wait for a month for a night suit. Further excuses included pandemic and the farmers agitation which is absurd and unbelievable when the other companies are still offering quick services. So beware people if you dont want your money to be trapped with a no refund policy. Still wondering about the quality that they have to offer if my night suit ever gets delivered.

I have order a night suit of Rs 1850 from their site. Product quality is very cheap looks like RS 100 product

I had placed an order for 5 night suits through watsapp and paid 7000 Rs for the same in the month of Feb2020. It’s October now and I haven’t received the full order . I keep texting, calling, emailing they just don’t respond. They were initially responding quoting the pandemic situation is the reason for delay but it’s Oct now. No refund no order compiled. Fed up of wasting my time . Quality is a separate issue all together, the material is cheap and poorly stitched . Regret buying.

I have ordered night suits from Night Angels By P.C. Received my order after 40 days that to after messaging them again again. They are not bother for their customers. Simply ready with the excuses. When you comment on their social media they have habit of simply delete it. The order which o received after so many days was low quality product. Very disappointed with them. Never ever order from them .

I have ordered a nightsuit from their website. They took almost 40 days tod elver the night suit and they kept making new excuses every time.

After receiving the item i hand washed delicately and started notice pieces of lint and thread coming off after the first wash itself. After the 4 wash the night suit was not wearable.

I complained to the company however they did not even bother to reply to my complaint and totally ignored it.

When i tried contact them through social media again no response and they had the audacity to block me on social media.

In other words they are simple cheaters and lowlifes who just sell substandard quality goods at high prices and then do not even bother to respond to a complaint.

From night angels by pc which is located in gurugram i have ordered 2 night ware dresses from online on 03 may 2020. After one month they have delivered me only 1 night ware. I asked why i have got only 1 set of night ware & what about the other and i am keep on following up the team in instagram messages. They keep on saying that is dispatched seperately... So even after that message i waited for another 10 to 15 days but i am receiving any update so i am asking the team in instagram but they are not at all responding to my messages now.

So please help me in resolving my issue. This are fake people taking bulk orders and delivering less items.
