I booked ticket through there portal www.nilatravels.in to velankanni (To and fro).

On 28th april 2017 evening myself and my family members including small baby was available at boarding point i. E bomanahalli opposite kpn travels exactly at 9.15 pm half an hour before the departure time. I tried reaching the number [protected] which was provided in the ticket and website but same result i. E incoming to the number was blocked....

I took the ticket from Bangalore to Aluva on 14th Jan to attend a function in the morning at 10:30 AM on 15th Jan. The bus was delayed and we reached Aluva by only 12:00PM well after the function we intended to attend was over. The bus did not have proper permit and we were shifted to another bus at Coimbatore. Also, the bus was stopped for more than 2 hrs since it did not have permit. Moreover, the A/C of the bus was not working...
