We had the booking of villa in koylanchal city, 99 builders, Dhanbad on 25 july 2021.Till Oct 2021 we paid total of 18 lakh in two installment.
Even after 7 months registry is not done. I work and live in Bangalore and travelled to dhanbad twice as per the discussion over call but all in vain.

Till date we are still getting dates after dates.

The sales agent, gm, director of project name 99 asansol enclave, asansol, west bengal of real estate company 99 builders pvt ltd is misleading and doing wrong promise and received booking amount against booking o[censored]ncertain and not clear project 99 asansol enclave. They received 101000.00 on 09.03.2018 and given promise to provide me mutation certificate, documents of land, project report, approval of project, pumplet, broucher, mother deed etc within 15.03.2018 but they did not provide till date. Further after cancellation of booking the are not refunding my booking amount rs.101000.00 since 4 month. They are developing project and dealing with customer in wrong and unlawful way. They always received booking amount by sign of customer in booking form after doing wrong verbal promise and do not pay after cancellation of booking.
