Nios D. El. Ed Complaints & Reviews

I had applied for nios d. El. Ed on sep 30, 2017. Since the server was slow and the payment didn't go through, i applied again but unfortunately both the payment have gone through. I have sent many emails to their email id given in their website but it's of no use as they have not even acknowledged it. When i telephone them, they say that they can't do anything and only email has to be sent, even after i tell them that...

Payment complete but. Not show in form

Please clear / refund my payment.
Please provide me about this further process.
Some issues are not clear in my mind so please help me.

There is no mode to print out of complete payment after error generate....
