I applied for a loan from their application which was for 26500 however when the application is processed it shows 55000as the amount, i tried contacting them via email calls and text by all means possible but there's no point of contact, they dont respond to any of it, i have mailed them asking to cancel rhe loan application as its been 3 days i am running behind them and there's no response moreover the amount is also in correct, still no reply. Kindly help.

I am unable to tolerate this behaviour please 🥺🙏🙏 understand they are hacking complete contact details and calling to each and everyone asking them regarding me seriously 😭😭😭 I am in very bad financial issues I really informed them prior due to my health and financial issues I am not able to pay with in 20 days I will pay with penalty kindly understand don't create any issue but they are harassing me with extreme non sense and rude behaviour kindly assist me.. According to rbi guidelines they have only right to call to the given borrowers without informing me prior calling to each and every person in my contact and shouting them.. feeling like commuting suicide because of nira😭🙏

Please don't take loan from these guys. I never had a such worst experience before with other loan providers. 3rd class customer support, tried reaching on WhatsApp, Email, and call means all possible channels, but no luck. I had taken loan 3 times and everytime I preclosed when I was capable to pay together, but they have not updated yet to loan provider, e.g. Muthoot Finance and SI Creva Capital. They have spoiled all my credit history and CIBIL. Please don't take even a single penny from these guys, They have blocked me on their Facebook also as I started writing true face review about them.

I have made payment of my loan and clear all dues till time showing active in my cibil score plz inactive my paid loan...

I had taken 1 personal LOAN with LOAN number PLFLD018727, and I had repaid my full amount and pre closed my account in month of March 2023. But this LOAN is showing me still active in my CIBIL report and has spoiled all my CREDit history. I followed them by email, call, and whatsapp but they hardly bother to revert with the solution that this LOAN has been closed from their end and it takes 45-60 days to get someones CIBIL updated. If it is so then why this is still showing active and spoiled my CREDit record. You guys are seriously behaving like a scammer with no CUSTOMER SUPPORT, no revert on email and whats app, and harassing families by your local recovery ###. I have one more active account with you guys and feeling like not to preclose it as this will also spoil everything as you guys have no mechanism to come out from this kind of CUSTOMER problems.

I had taken a loan from NIRA finance 15000.
I have paid 2 emi's already. but this month EMI I didn't pay because of financial crisis. First 7 days they called me but I said my problem. Still they are not understanding the problem and harassing me through calls. I am afraid that they can hack my contacts and harass my relatives as well. I never told them I will not pay, i requested them more than 3 times give me more 10 days I will pay it as soon. But they are not listening and continuosly messaging me.

Pls sir/madam take action against this app

Maine 15000 ka loan liya tha 5 emi bhar di hai ek emi baki hai meri main nhi bhar pa rhi hu recovery agent mujhe harrassment kar rhe hai or mujhe dhamki de rahe hai contact pe call karke gali denge please help me

I took 15000 loan from Nira in last month. But right I have financial issue. Because I lost my job.
I already told on nira support team. But there collection agent call me again and again.
Ultimately the harresment me. And also they leaked my document data and my personal data which they take from me before me. They send me my details and picture. And try to blackmail me that if I don't pay now then they will FIR against me.

Kindly stop this company from accessing the data as they have saved messages and photos as well. I don't know if they also have hacked passwords.

As per RBI guidelines they should only from the borrowers but they asking from family every day they call to my parents means they not tolerate this. Hi Have submitted all documents, emi deduction details and from last two days asking for documents which are already submitted but ammount is not disbursed.

This app is affecting the personal life and professional life, this is threat to life and soft heart person may commit suicide for the behavior of this app service. They contacting family and office people for the collection of amount. I am not sure if they really will pay the amount on this.. With the full presence of mind, they are contacting the person. Please do not encourge this app is resembles the online scammers behavior . please stop the license and close the app .. its a humble request.

Nira finance Employees have been harrasing me with unsolicited call n one of employee his name is ROHIT SEN, he is threatning me dat he will call again n again...t told them multiple times dat i have not taken any loan from NIRA finance even their database is showing the different account holder . i asked them to provide account holder details :

Executive said dat we have ur mobile number on loan form on account holder father details ..
repeatedly i was saying dat i dont know her n i dont know why my mobile number is there it must be mobile number digit change even den only they were abusing me n threatening me

I took a loan of 25000 rupees from Nira loan app. Out of which I could not pay the emi of January 3211 due to lack of work. Now they are hacking all the data in my phone and sending messages to them on whats app showing me as a bad person, calling and threatening women in my contact list. I am ready to pay emi including fine..

I had taken a loan from NIRA finance, O was unable to pay few EMIs and I asked them for 1 month time. But after 3 days they had started to call all my contacts. They hacked my phone calls.

I am demanding for compensation and strict action against them. This is not allowed as per RBI guidelines. I will pay the amount post getting my compensation and legal action against this case

Dear team, My name Santosh Kumar Singh Rathore I take some loan through nira finance but unfortunately I can't pay some dues from some my personal reasons your team hack my contact list and start calling to other person and abusing bad language so I go to complaint ministry of Home Affairs and also attached to PMO OFFICE and nodal officer from Bangalore.

They are harresment me for loan

Nira finance employees have been harrasing me with unsolicited messages and calls for a loan taken by one of my relatives. My number wasn't even shared by my relative, they have obtained it using unscrupulous means.

Nira finance employees have been troubling me with unsolicited calls and messages about a loan taken by one of my relatives. My number was never provided to them by the said relative, but it has been obtained by unscrupulous means by Nira finance employees.

I took loan of 15k and made 2 emi. due to job loss i cant pay emi back these month.
they keep calling me and threatening me to pay back
i request them for some extenion but they keep calling me and also hack my contact list and call them also. they sending my pics to all contacts
please take action aganist them.

My Loan is disbursed but now reflecting in Nira app. App shows details of verification stage screenshot attached.
However I require immediately preclosure summary and repayment schedule of my active loan on Nira app.
Even though I had emailed many times and reinstalled my Nira app several times. Same page is presented.
Please note that my loan is disbursed and credited to my account also., but Now I want to foreclosure on priority basis.
Please help me with this..

I took loan of 30k. Due to financial problem I am unable on due date. They hacked my contacts and sending my pics and I'd proofs to my contacts. They are harassing my family members

I have taken a loan of 18k and but I have paid all the EMI before the time but then also in my CIBIL report you guys me marked me an late payment due to which my scores are affected

Hi, I have taken a loan from nira finance 19k I payed 3 emi...but for some reason I didn't payed Rest amount...from 20days they are calling my contacts sharing my picture and talking to them in a abuse language.
When one of my relatives asked them to share there details they are not sharing even there ID card .. who gave them right to share a picture of others in public and spoil image and harres others by calling with different numbers daily nearly 10times to a single number.
Please I request to the Govt help people by blocking such apps ..
I am condition to end my life becoz of this NIRA app illegal activity..

immediate action should be taken on nira finance as my contact numbers are hacked without availing any loan from their company. Thier asking for 5k to my contacts and teling them that i have made them the nominee if i failed to repay the same. But i have not availed any nira loan then how its possible for them to hack my contacts

Nira finance is hack my all contact list and harassing me very badly so take immediate action against nira team
