I placed an order on their website on June 09, 2024 for Rs 5247. They have not delivered the product even after 4.5 months. I have reached out to them multiple times through emails and instagram. Either no response or they blatantly lie to you and they are extremely rude. After multiple followups they told me they attempted delivery multiple times and that they called me, which I never received. So I asked them for tracking ID and AWB no....

I ordered from Nirbani on 8th June, 2024. It’s been more than 3months, every week they say they will parcel it next week, and then the pattern continues every week. Now they are again saying I might get the order or the refund will be done in store credit, they won’t refund in my bank account. I don’t trust them as it’s their way of scamming people, please take actions!

I placed an order back in September and I haven’t received not even one out of the two orders
They have been really arrogant about the response’s whenever I’ve tried to enquire
It’s as if they are delivering free clothes.
Multiple attempts to get in touch with them have been left half answered. They act as if I am begging for free clothes.
They promised to deliver the order back in...

I have requested return since 25th November but there is no action taken or update shared by Nirbani.

They have been just delaying it with random reply and half left conversations.

I have reached out to them on whatsapp, email and instagram.

Everytime the conversation is left in-between. I have emailed 20 times and texted on whatsapp and instagram like hundred times since 25th nov but I have not received one confirmation from them.

They do not refund money to bank account and are charging insane for roadside quality products.

Image of product on their website(they are picking images from somewhere) is different and the product they deliver is totally different in-terms of everything. quality, work, colour, design everything.
They kind of try to copy the image work and deliver to us in way too bad quality.

They are rude. Do not talk, understand or take their customer’s concerns into consideration.

They hardly reply on their email, no update on product process, no refund to bank account - Your money will be stuck with them permanently for their fraud products you ordered.

Customer experience & respect doesn’t matter to Nirbani.

They are fraud and do not have any work ethic.

Hi, please delete this website ASAP . I ordered the product on 22 October 2023, i have not received the product yet. I have emailed, sent messages on WhatsApp & now their phone number says' not accepting incoming calls'. They have not corresponded about delivery of the product at all.
If anyone knows how to contact them, please reply.
These companies should not be allowed to advertise at all. I found them in Instagram

Six months of order booking and not yet delivered the complete order. After Multiple followups and complaints they sent two roadside products which were never ordered

I had placed an order on 12.8.23 and had made full payment of ₹8595. I have no information of it till date. It’s been two month since I placed my order. The customer service is not responded to my emails or calls or messages and has also blocked my email id . The team is very rude.
They’re not replying to me and dropping my call everytime I’m trying to reach them.
I’m in serious need of help as it is very hard earned Money and I have come to know that about hundreds of customers have been scammed.

Fraud company...they take your money and dont deliver products...do not transact

This is a fraud complany with good social media presence, I have order placed one month back and still order has not been delivered..i have been chasing them on mutiple platform be it insta, watsapp but no reply. everytime they give standard excuse delivering now. this time they had audacity to show me fake reciept of shipping which doesnt have any courier details and sying address not found .. on asking to share shipping details says shipping details are not shared, first time im hearing with an e-commerce company.
They are definetly duping people and people like us who sees good picture and placed order without checking reviews. Im going to launch a legal complaint against them and chse them till my money if refunded. anybody who has found any resolution pls let me know..

They are still scamming people on social media and people are getting trapped now seeing all the review every other day..pls beware

I had placed an order in February 2023 and now it’s September23…. Have been writing to them constantly and have not received my order till date.
This company is fake and should not be trusted at all….. guys don’t order here or you will also get duped.
They do not have any office, no gst number, no factory or one phone number.
There is no proof that company even exists.

These guys scammed so many people into their fake website and fancy pictures on Instagram. I have been chasing them like crazy but to no avail.

I have been scammed by these people for more than 6k. I paid online 5 months ago and there has been no communication about the delivery of the suit. Feel so helpless chasing them.

I had placed an order in the month of December and I haven’t received the product yet. Have been following up with them for these many months and the only thing they reply is it’s under processing.
No prompt response and very rude to the customers.

They charge a bomb for their products and customers put in their hard earned money trusting the company.

I already see a lot of complaints regarding this matter against this company and my complaint is not going to make any difference but the best I can do is it post it hoping an action will be taken against them.

Haven't received an order #59724 that I had placed 2 months ago. Think this company is a scam. They have a social media presence, but could be scamming all their followers there.

I Placed an order a month ago, till now no update from Nirbani India. They told me it will be dispatched within 7-10 days.
After that, they are not replying me at all. They are also deleting my comments on their post.

I placed an order with them and since then they do not respond or take calls. Cheaters

It's been 4 months now and these frauds are neither picking up the calls nor reeponding to messages or emails.
Pl take strict action against these fraudsters. Cancel their business establishments and any such permissions. It's my hard earned money, these cheap low standard people are a curse for society.

I ordered in 28th December 2022 it has been 2 months. The say 5 to 7 days on the website . Then i followed up, they said they will dispatch in few days this product takes time. Then I specifically asked them to dispatch it as soon as possible. On 14th feb, they said it is dispatched. but when I asked them to share the details they didn't. Its been more than 8 months, i have not received my product. i call them they dont respond, they dont respond back in customer service also....

Nirbani is company that has made it a profession to cheat it's CUSTOMERs. My sis had placed an order in oct2022 for my bdy suit and i am STILL CHASING THEM. They are refusing to cancel the order and do a refund.
The worst part about this situation is that the employees have been in professionally trained to lie and lie and then speak obnoxiously to the CUSTOMER. They lie about EVERYTHING and make the CUSTOMER feel like an ###....

Made an order worth 9000 rs in April and still haven’t received it. When I ordered they had said they would send it within one week and then proceeded to put it off till last month which is when they said they dispatched it but it’s going back to them because of incorrect address. I checked the address which was correct but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and added 2 more contact numbers. Yesterday when I called they said it had been re dispatched but today they said that it wasn’t and that they will have to make the product again as when they got it back they have products missing and damaged. Also the customer service was very rude even though we were only showing our frustrations of waiting for 7 months. Extremely disappointed, don’t know what to do.

After constant follow ups via calls n texts and being patient from my sides, they have been extremely unprofessional and till today neither did they have delivered my purchased items nor refunded my money. Therefore, hereby Iam placing a complaint against "Nirbani" for duping me.
