VArious instalments were collected from the housing prospects for allotment of flat in the Lok Awas Yojana

Now the office is closed and the officials are not responding.

They do not even provide contact details.

We are not sure of the safety of funds.

I did apply for nomination program in new delhi awas yojna 2018 via nivesh global, noida by depositing rs.51000. I was a bit dicey because i am a private service personnel with limited money earning option and an only earning member of my family in noida which comprises my spouse and an only child.

My name came up in nomination and to that i showed my inability to pay to the nivesh global point of contact. To this they first started being rude and then later on started giving false statements saying that my colleague (Who brought this awas yojna info to me) did already paid whereas that was not the case as confirmed by that colleague.

Later on on contacting they started using the harsh language. This was done by my first point of contact and then later on by their director as well. I was constantly keep on asking them to spare my candidature to which they said its not possible and one of the point in their brochure stated that the my investment is on locked down for 2 years which was so strategically written that nobody could took notice of it.

Now they have directly refused me to withdraw my nomination and also they said there is no way possible that i could get my investment back.in meantime whenever i asked for any document (Like siteplan, rera no etc) they started quoting that the new delhi awas yojna has not issued it yet.

So please do help to get me my invested amount or any part of it back as being a service person i could not afford to loose it as there are far greater responsibilities that i have to complete as being an alone earning member who is earning to make their ends meet in city like noida (Ncr region)
