Unethical behaviour
My name is Shivkumar Singh. Dated 19.02.2021 accident happened with me at Saigaon bus stop Dombivali east at 9.45am. Bus number is MH 43.H.5041 from Dombivali to Uran. Actually, I am near by Saigaon bus stop approximate distance from Bus stop is only 10-15 steps. I shows hand to stop bus and he slow the bus but as i was climbing the bus, Driver increase speed suddenly and i fall down and got injured on my Head and Shoulder. There were people who shout then he stopped bus else big accident could be happened with me and also dangers for my life. I Climbed on bus and ask conductor and Driver why you are increased bus speed then he talked with me in rude behavior and i told him, i will complain against you then he told me Kar do. it means they don't afraid from Sysem. I want some action against with them so such things not happened with other people and they should have fear of System. Please reply here with your action.

I am a regular commuter of your bus service and am grateful that you have stated this route (Bharat Gears to Mulund Check naka) during this Covid times where the present government has not started the trains yet.
Even if the trains start, I will be commuting through your bus service, however this is my humble request, please install the Display Signs of No smoking, chewing Tobacco Paan Gutka, and No Spitting sign in your bus.
Also request the conductors to introspect and ask the commuters chewing Tobacco Paan Gutka to stop doing so, and empower them to impose fine on such commuters.
Also if possible announce these statutory warnings in the Public address system at frequent intervals in the bus.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

Missbehavior NMMT Conductor

This incindent happed on 09/10/2020 at NMMT bus
I was stuck in Thane cidco. And i was asking about Phone Pay Tickit which are provided by NMMT But he was behaving very very rudely, improper, disrespectfull, manner. He Abuse Me.
I just simply asked for phone pay tickit them to He used very bad word on this conversation.
Dear goverment as iam citizen of india. I must have right of independence.
Please look into this.

Sitting at Koparkhairane bus depot for 50 no bus fro past 1 hour but no bus for panvel, nmmt people are telling to go home if can't wait, very irresponsible people work in nmmt

No bus available from 9.00 am to 9.30 at Airoli navi mumbai
We are daily travellers from Airoli to turbhe station and many other passengers to travel further. Everyday we are standing in queue from 9.05 till 9.40 sometimes Bt no bus available when complained to airoli depo office they are laughing n saying no bus available. Is this d way to talk if some ladies are complaining. Please provide buses during this above said peak time. Due to this we working ladies have to answer our superior authorities. We are lodging written complaint from all the passengers who are suffering duly signed.

Due to pandemic we all are facing issues with traveling but the nmmt bus could actually solve problems of lots of people right now by sending more buses time to time, there would be no crowding if buses are available after each 20 min. But no the buses timings are too narrow plus the bus won't stop even with less crowd. Me waiting half an hour before the bus arrival time still don't get on board. This is too annoying. There is a solution here and i hope they look into it. Y'all can do better.

Increase of buses in the pandemic due to no trains.

It is very difficult for the persons in Navi Mumbai as the persons are not allowed to travel by train due to this situation governement should increase the buses in Navi Mumbai and also should mention deprture and arrival timing of buses on any application or official website, so that no person will stuck at any place, and also should allow more standing persons in the buses.

They release bus when they see too much crowd for kalyan.
And then they allowed two passengers on one seat & allowing more than 5 standing person .
They allowed more than 15 standing persons.
Kindly take action against these or NMMT will face problems when we reach or complaint to MAHARASHTRA STATE GOVERNMENT.

bus no 125 not stopping at seepz gaon.
Dear sir, i highly appreciate the nmmt app.
My son almost daily travels from seepz gaon to kharghar to attend college. But many times driver skips this stop though there are limited stops. He have to wait for 35-40 minutes for next bus. This makes the app useless. Strict action should be taken on such drivers & conductors.
Eg today at approx 12 40 pm.

bus no. 30 not stopping at cbd highway - towards belapur

Hi sir,
I am a daily traveller of bus no. 30 from roadpali to belapur at 6:45am. The bus driver don't stop the bus at "cbd highway - towards belapur" stop. On raising the question regarding this, the bus driver and conductor arrogantly saying that there is no stop on cbd highway. On showing the stop on nmmt app, they told that, i[censored] want to complain u can complaint and we are doing a favour to passenger by stopping the bus on that stop sometime.

nmmt bus break down near shops at 9.05am
Hi sir/madam,
Today morning we were traveling by nmmt transport service bus no. 144 travelling from andheri to airoli, but the bus was break down near shipz sez (Refer snap attached) at 9.05am due to some steering pipe was brocken.
Conductor and drive told us within 15 minutes next bus will come we will send by that bus to all of you but the next bus came at 10.20 am during this periods we had called control room threes and asked them about bus.
Next bus no. 5470 (Name plate last four digit numbers) only after more then 1 hours at 10.20 am, you are telling 15 to 20 minutes nmmt bus frequency having but it took more then one hours and that our one hours wasted on the road and we got late to reached our office. I think we asked who is sitting at andheri they said some mr. Thaku was posted at andheri station at that time. We are not getting what is going on because no. Of double decker and mmrda’s ac buses of best were coming very well during that periods but why your nmmt bus only was stoked in traffic we were not understand that on the same road from andheri station to this rout???
Kindly do the need full steps and take appropriate action to avoid such things.

My name is m yasin i am working in mbp mahape as business development.
I am a daily traveller from shilpata to mbp where i prefer to use public transport which is 42 number bus & 62 number bus. Usually every bus should arrive within a 15mins of buffer but every buses coming shilphata is almost 1 hour late without any traffic and because of waiting 45mins everyday i have to take auto rickshaw and other modes of travel which i absolutely dislike due to security reasons.
Could you please sort the issue as soon as possible

regarding 105 ac bus

105ac bus is having high fare than that of ac bus... Since on this route the electric bus which runs charges the ac bus fare.
There are few ac bus which run from ghansoli to vashi railway station but this bus fare is same as non ac bus.
Why this discrimination???
Why we have to pay extra... Reduce the fare of this bus or start volvo bus on this route...

ac bus 108 used as private bus by driver and conductor
Ac bus no.108 from seawoods west nri sector 46/48 (Timing 8.20 am) to world trade centre was halted at vashi sector 1 stop near hotel navratna for almost 10 to 15 minutes. this was done by bus driver and conductor on the demand of one commuter. seawoods people have no option but to catch this bus on saturday while vashi people have many options. still bus was halted for 10 to 15 minutes at one stop in vashi as if it was private bus. the badge number of conductor on duty that day is 39235. please look into the matter and revert back on my mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com

20 no. bus timing not proper

I am daily travelling from sabri hotel to bhagat shala by 20 no. Bus route, but daily i have to wait for long periods for catching the bus, as yesterday i am waiting from 8:50 pm for sabri hotel at bhagat shala but i got bus at 10:10 pm, which is very big gap and not acceptable, please do any permanent solution to this problem.
People here wait for almost 1 hr daily for the bus. The frequency of this bus is very low. This is the only bus available for traveling from ghansoli to nerul west. Waiting for 1 or 2 hr daily isn't easy for working people.

I was stuck in juingar station. And i was asking about nmmt timing which are going to jnpt. So that i thought to ask timming to nmmt cabin holder man. But he was behaving very very rudely, improper, disrespectfull, manner.

unavailability of online mode payment

Nmmt bus no. 131ac from airoli to borivali station. There was no online payment mode and card payment. How can the person pay such a huge amount of ticket of 120 rs in cash. Pos machine should there in every ac bus for card payment otherwise passengers unable to pay amount of ticket. Even i have seen one incident where conductor made girl get off from bus at night 10 pm due non availability of online and card payment mode. This issue related to girl safety as well.

no proper servicing of the busses in airoli

This is really frustrating that the NMMT busses are not even serviced properly. The bus that I took from Airoli sector 5 (144) first of all came 20 minutes late despite of it starting from the airoli depo, then it broke down after reaching two stops. Further we were shifted to another bus 144, it was over crowded, it reached Gandhi nagar and this bus too broke down. What kind of facility is this provided?? Are we not supposed to reach on time to work? Or should we keep spending money just by switching buses because of such reasons.

I mr. Eaknath jadhav (Senior citizens) do hereby complaint you that the above bus driver is using shortcut & use sion bridge to bridge road & not even halt bus at dadar bus stop. There are 6 to 7 (Ladies & senior citizens) passengers who were forced to halt at hindamata bus stop... Don't use these type of shortcut which is painful for myself & other senior citizens & ladies.. Its request you to please take proper action against this bus driver & conductor... Bus no mh-43-h — 5380.

Today 19/07/2019, I was traveling in NMMT BUS NO 112, Registration number MH43 BG-9556, From Maharanapratap choukashi to Sabale,
Observed that driver using Mobile, During this journey from 12.45 pm to 1.30pm he used mobile 2 times to talk someone and continuously holding mobile in right hand and driving with left hand,

We are residence of kharghar sector 34 and 35 facing issue with bus shelter. Kharghar is well connected by buses from navi mumbai by nmmt. But the bus stops are in a pathetic condition without shelter and seating arrangements. (Kharghar sector 34 bank of india stops). However due to lack of proper shelter the passengers are forced to wait at bus stops under the sun and rains. People including the women and small children are standing on the road as there is no bus shelter built for commuters. Request you to kindly look into the same and request you to construct new bus shelter.

bus no mh-43-h-5192 is not located in bus tracking system on dated 25th january 2018 at 9.30 pm near vijaya bank towards vashi.

I searched for bus coming from dombivli towards vashi at vijaya bank bus stage on 25.01.2018 at 9.30 pm on nmmt bus tracking system. The system did not show bus no mh-43-h-5192. After a few minutes the bus was seen moving towards vashi. I signalled the driver to stop as i left the stage for moving to next stage. I am a senior citizen.
The driver stopped the bus and i could get in to the bus.
Thanks to the driver for showing courtesy.
I request the concerned authorities to see that almost all buses are covered in bus tracking system.
I noticed that many buses are covered in tracking system but few do not appear due to some deficiency.
Please instruct concerned officials to investigate the cause and rectify the fault.

Our 41 number bus broke down today at 10:53 pm at kalyan phata leaving all the commuters stranded and at the mercy of other nmmt buses (Which are anyway scarce).

This has been causing massive losses for commuters in the terms of causing delays to reach to work, emotional distress, and more.
Who is responsible for this? How to reach the right authorities?

I was waiting at Vashi station Bus Depot for more than one hour at peek timing between 5.30 PM to 6.45 PM. Not even a single bus left for Dombivli from Vashi station however the NMMT staff claims that d frequency is every 20 mins. Pathetic and rude staff if NMMT.

I was walking towards near kharghar bus stop. I waved at the driver for him to stop, but instead told me to run towards the bus stop as he wouldn't stop. Im Asthamatic and fat, so therefore i cant run. It was hardly 15 seconds away from the bus stop. I wanted to get on the bus 103 non ac at 11:30 am. I had to go to Dadar. He didn't even wait for even a second and sped away. What kind of person does to a individual who is sick and can't run. I would like to file a suit against the driver.

I read your post, but in all common sense, I do believe that you are on the wrong side.
As a rule for most public transport buses, The buses are supposed to take in and allow passengers to exit the bus ONLY AT DESIGNATED BUS STOPS.
Now it is expected by law-abiding citizens, to stand in queue for the bus. Thus its first come first served. Now if the driver had picked you as you wanted, would it not be unfair to other passengers who are being civil and standing at the designated place for the Bus? If I am one of the passengers, I would think you are an ### of the highest degree to steal a seat over other passengers.
Now about your health issue, A driver driving on the bus does not know your health condition, does he? Drivers will ideally stop for a Handicapped person because their handicap is seen. But in your case, how is Asthma going to be seen? Further, am sorry to say that you being fat (as you said) it is an issue of Lifestyle so dont blame the driver for not being nice to wait for fat man.
I have few times in hurry, felt unfair like you that the driver did not stop for me, but then I do think of this very logic and believe that the driver was right. As being good to one, he might be unfair to many. Also its not my place to say, but if you are going from Kharghar to dadar, it would have been convenient for you to take a Train all the way to Wadala and then get to Dadar, Else you can get from Khargar to Kurla, and switch trains and then Kurla to Dadar, am sure you would reach earlier than going by train. But in the bus that you said, you could get to seat but on train that chance might be less.

drivers using cell phone while driving

I am a senior citizen. Daily i am travelling from thane to borivali by ac bus. It has been observed that most of the bus drivers do talk on cell phone while driving. There is always heavy traffic on ghodbunder road. Safety is of prime importance. Therefore it is expected that the drivers should be instructed to follow driving rules scrupulously. Thanks,

The driver of Bus no 5296 at 9:45pm tried to overtake me at the entry point in KHARGHAR where I was already at the turn he I was completely cornered.
