Company has sent me wrong product & not giving refund

I purchased Anestesia Makeup Palette for Rs. 3949 and the same was delivered to me on 27.06.2023. I recieved damaged product and on the same day i made a complaint. Though i Posted picture of the damaged pic and my review about the product, the website did not upload it. I made several complaint to return the product. I have sent pictures of the damaged product. When i call and complaint they assured me that they will make arrangement s for return and refund but till date nothings has been done.

I ordered a polo white tshirt from NNNOW and i received a very bad quality shirt which is totally different to what i ordered. I raised the query dropped them email explained them over a call but they are just saying to wait it been 10 days and no action has been taken. Pls help me in getting my refund back.

In spite of repeatedly (One month) complaint mismatched product still not arrange return pickup of my product. This is the worst kind of customer service I have faced in recent times.Company is delaying my refund on one pretext or the other.
I am highly unsatisfied this company services.

This is the worst kind of customer service I have faced in recent times.Company is delaying my refund on one pretext or the other.There is no escalation matrix to highlight the concern.This is basically a fraud company from the house of Arvind to cheat consumer's by supplying substandard clothes and held up refund on returns.

My product Return ID RF6D90E was picked up on 15.02.2023 but the refund has not yet been credited to my account.

Customer care is useless and do not provide any resolution and every time assure to wait for next 48 hours.My advice is to either revamp the working of this company or close it down to save the consumer's from fraud.

I order a blazer and pant set from nnnow worth rs 3500, the blazer which I rec was burnt on one sleev when I make a return request the delivery partner show pick up failed afte doing so many call to costomer care they are not return the package

I will never ordered from this website NNNOW.COM again, the product i recived are all from there old stock, which i dint ordered, and we can't returned or exchange their product, the customer service is worse, never ordered from this websit, their product are not good in terms of quality, it's a fraud be careful before you ordered from their website.

I have ordered mens jeans but received wrong item it consists of girl jeans, I raised the return request straight away & sent the required images, its been more than 6 days my item hasn't been picked up nor refunded.

This is a sheer fraud done by nano, first they sent wrong item on purpose then don't accept or correct issue, really unprofessionalism.

I'm their loyal customer but this incident is given me so much trouble that I can't explain.

I'll file a police complaint against nnnow as I can't bear dishonesty at any cost

I had ordered a calvin klein tshirt return id — R305A74 and got on[protected] for ₹4599. Due to quality issue i had created a return of the item. There was a high delay in pickup by company. After 13 days the item was picked up from me on 9th of jan by delhivery couriers and i updated about this to nnnow after that nnnow said we will process you refund. But i did not get any refund. After that on 12th jan they blocked my account and i told them why should my account has been blocked they told me that due to high returns your account has been blocked and your refund will not be processed. The item has been also picked up and the refund has not been processed. They took my money and also the item and now saying that your account has
Been blocked so we can’t assist you anymore. So nnnow if my online complaint is not able to provide my refund then i will go to district forum but i will take my refund at any cost. So it is better to you that process my refund by only this complaint otherwise you will get in huge trouble

Hi - i bought a shirt from nnnow.com of rs.700 against the-order# o9bfb3b which was delivered on 24th oct 2019. On the same i had returned the shirt against the return id # rcdda90 due shirt size and quality issue. As per nnnow.com the entire return process was completed on 30th oct however it’s now more than 5 days that i have still not received my refund amount of rs.700. It is still showing in process and there is also no proper response from nnnow.com customer care. They are not able to provide me proper timeline of return giving excuses of bank has rejected the return even though they are not able to provide any evidenced of it. I have given 2 bank accounts details but have not received any refund in any of the account. Please help.

I booked 2 t-shirts from nnnow.com around 2 weeks back. One of the t-shirt belonged to rather luxury brand ed hardy and i had great expectation from it.
But alas when it was delivered, i was shocked to receive the product, as it was not only old and discolored but was also totally out of shape with white paint patches all over the place (Please find the images attached).

Next was the ordeal of returning the t-shirt which was a task in itself. Return was initiated after great difficulty and writing multiple emails (Some 20 odd emails!!) just to return of the product!... After some time i was given excuses that there is some technical error in the website which will be resolved in 24-48 hours but to no avail and they kept increasing the deadline.

Once the return pickup was done, again a torturous ordeal followed... First the status of pickup was not updated for long under the garb of technical error and then for the second t-shirt the option of return was revoked all together from my account!!

I am still waiting for the return of other t-shirt but there is option to return the product!!

I seek appropriate compensation for the mental torture and agony caused by this experience.

I purchased flying machine jeans nnnow jeans. After one wore button comes out and remains whole there. Very poor quality jeans. I purchased three jeans of rs 3200/- worth. And online jeans available at 800/- each. I paid more because i purchase from store and beacsue i purchased more i got poor quality jeans. And after sales no one taking resposibility for service. I paid because of brand name flying machine but got very poor quality jeans.

I ordered a T-shirt (order#O36441b) online from nnnow.com where standard delivery appeared to be 5-6 days. Its been more than a month, i did not get the item. When i called customer care, they say that they will investigate but then nothing happens. When i asked for refund, they say that refund is initiated and i will get an email within 24 hours. But i did not get any email. I called again and got the same reply. I did not get the item and nor the refund. They are a bunch of frauds running this web site.

I booked 2 t-shirts from nnnow.com and also made the payment online but have not received the product.
Tracking number[protected], order placed on 27 july 2018 and was expected to deliver by 31st july 2018. Not received any call by the delivery boy and on 4th august 2018, they are claiming to have delivered the product. Nobody showed up for the delivery of the product neither did i received any call from the delivery boy. They are updating it as they have delivered it, which is a false update.

I ordered 4 items from nnnow.com on Jan 8, 2017, Order # Oec2f53.
2 products did not fit for me so i requested for return. And the pickup was done the very next day after delivery.

However, they refunded me only for 1 item. The refund is not being given for Aeropostale Dark Wash Slim Straight Jeans Rs. 1, 837.33.

The reason they are stating is that the price tag is missing. if thats...
