My reference no. Is NRP[protected]

This is in reference to the agreement for my Airoli property with no-broker.com. I paid Rs. 7668/- for the Owner Money Back Plan. The refund policy states that if the property is rented out by the owner, no broker will issue a refund after submitting a valid copy of the rental agreement. According to our conversation on November 20th, I informed no-broker that I found a tenant, Mr. Bhavesh Vyas, and that my refund should be initiated. However, no-broker ( Mr. Vishesh) denied my refund request, citing the fact that my property details were shared with Mr. Bhavesh. However, after speaking to Mr. Vyas, he denied the allegation made by no-broker, which is anyways irrelevant to me, as I am speaking for myself. In accordance with the policy, no information about Mr. Bhavesh was shared with me by no-broker.com, implying that he was not referred to me by no-broker. Because there were numerous allegations, disagreements, and arguments between both parties and because the case was spoiled, I conclude that no-brokers do not stand by their words; thus, I do not wish to continue with no-broker. Alternatively, my refund should be initiated. If no-broker does not agree to any of the above terms, I will be forced to sue no-broker for fraud.
