Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a widow (1year old), my husband expired in an accident in Decmber'09. He has left a 30X35 site for my me & my 9 year old son in KR Puram, Bangalore. We had buit about 450 sq ft and rest is vacant in the plot and we had not done any fencing due to financial contraint. Immediately after my husband's death my neighbour has illegally constructed in my vacant land. I approached women's Helpline (Janodaya) in bnagalore and did not get much help from them. I also approached BBMP commissioner and he said as it is a revenue land and the neighbour has already constructed they cannot demolish and cannot help in any way.

Please let me know how to go about it as it one of the strong financial security for me & my son. The neighbour also threatned me and did goondaism with me. He is also not letting me sell and giving mental tortutre to me. I'm alone and do not know how to deal with the problem and financially not so strong too, Please help & support to get justice. Please help in getting my right.

mein ek naukripesha insaan hun. usaully hameri coloney me raat ko 10 baje tak sab so jate hai vahi pe hamare padosi jinki parchuni ki dukaan hai, raat ko 10 baje baad jor jor se shor machate haimana karne pe comment pass karte hai. ham kisi tarah ka dispute nahi chahte hai so bas yu hi bol ke chup ho jaate hai.

I never visited to Sabka Bazar... and never subscribed to any promotional sms from this retail store.. but daily i got more than 2-3 promotional sms from this store. my number is listed in DND (do not disturbe) in TRI list but this orgnization is not following the rule of TRI...

This company is not bothered to attend the customer problem. I purchased refind oil of M/sCargill product from sabaka bazar vaishali sector 4, Ghaziabad on 20.08.2009 vide C No 14772. I returned the oil to the store for neccessary feed back from Company but neither i got any feedbeck not material till date.
