Broken windows- raining and water dripping inside and wet seat

The bus with registration number NL01B1537 has a broken piece of window at the seat u15, 16(w) and is somehow managed with a plastic tape..i wonder the company has not noticed it and taken it for the next ride without even make it repaired.

Being it a heavy rainy day, it is owful that the water that falls above the bus starts entering the cabin through those broken parts and the seat is entirely wet and also that particular...

This is to bring attention that we were totally disappointed and irritated on the drivers ignorance in not responding to the call which we made during heavy rain searching to seek info about the bus departure.It was raining very badly that people stagnated in one place .

Bus facility

Lot of issues with this bus. Please do not book for the travel purpose. On my experience it belongs to goods carrier. However goods carrier runs faster than this bus. Below are the issues
1) Bus too slow on road. Even heavy vehicles are overtaking this bus. Better to change the bus or the driver.
2) Apart from AC all other switches are in off position. Everytime need to meet the driver to ask for switch it ON and it gets disturbed...

Worst Behaviour Bus Staff

Am faced worst experience, my boarding time is 9:30.

But they reached at 9:20 and called me.

I reached 9:25.

Even though they can't wait min 2 mins for me.
I tried to reach bus and go along with bus 7kms.

But they are not stopped.

That conductor, worst fellow.

This is the worst means utter flop experience to me.

driver's rude behavior

Hi,
I am travelling now from coimbatore to bangalore and my pickup point was kmch. I was waiting for the bus for past 15 mins and bus was arrived the pickup point and unfortunately one more bus hidden my bus. It took not even 2 mins i saw the bus and ran inside. The driver was very rude and say we can't stay for you, i will move the vehicle immediately and i just gave the missed call to your number for simply tracking purpose. If...

worst driver behaviour

I could not reach my home town to celebrate pong all due to bus did not wait till 10 45 pm as expected. Why the driver left the place before the schedule time? I spoke to him when he called me at 10 40pm to wait?
He was not there at 10 45 and called him again and asked him to wait at airport to catch again.
He said “please come and chase i cannot wait” at 10 45 pm also whe i said the time is 10 45 why u left but he said...

workers behaviour is not good to passengers and abusing words

Hi, i have been travelling number 1 air travels now to avinasi from chennai. My co passenger seated near me was totally drunk and beating me unconsciously and have thrown bad words at me. If i lodge a complaint to caretaker inside your bus, he yells me telling that i need to tolerate drunk person behaviour and he forced me to sit in last seat (Low fare seat). It could be my last trip in your bus travels and won't recommend to any of my friends....

Arrogant attender

I'm travelling now from chennai to coimbatore in this travels. I just asked one common question after i boarded the bus. When will we reach coimbatore. The attender who was some fifty plus with all grey hair replied 'if it's so urgent you should have taken a car'. They are getting paid only because we travel thru their buses. Also, it is his god damn job to respond to travellers. What the # was he thinking, vu talking...

Very very Low Class service and creating

I am traveling with No.1 Air Travels on[protected] @10.15pm.
The Bus condition is very worst. The passengers seats are very worst, broken seats, No clean, and the bus inertial are making worst noise, the bus sounds like worst than the old tractor.
I am surprising that, how this kind of worst buses comes to the road!!!
Expecting a good judgement regarding this....

Lack of responsibility

Myself & my Spouses, where on the No1.Air Travels Bus on 24th May 09. We have booked to travel by this travels only because that, I was not able to find tickets on other reputed travel services, operating night buses from Coimbatore to Chennai. I was surprised to note that the tickets, were available. But While myself and my spouses & other passangers were stranded in the mid-night told to find our mode of transport to reach chennai...
