Broken windows- raining and water dripping inside and wet seat
The bus with registration number NL01B1537 has a broken piece of window at the seat u15, 16(w) and is somehow managed with a plastic tape..i wonder the company has not noticed it and taken it for the next ride without even make it repaired.
Being it a heavy rainy day, it is owful that the water that falls above the bus starts entering the cabin through those broken parts and the seat is entirely wet and also that particular window broken glass piece is shaking a lot and it is not safe for the person here .
1. Is the way how a intercity long distance travel vehicle should be ?
2. Is there not even a single Percent of commonsense working, that not to take it to the ride?.

Regarding -Driver and the Bangalore office staff

Date and time of journey:17.05.2022
From Bangalore to Mettupalayam
Timing: 9.30 pm
This is to bring attention that we were totally disappointed and irritated on the drivers ignorance in not responding to the call which we made during heavy rain searching to seek info about the bus departure.It was raining very badly that people stagnated in one place .
The driver arrived at office 9.27 pm and the office guy did not even check if all the passengers boarded .we requested the driver to wait for 2 mins as my mother only 50 meters away from the office .
Driver mentioned that it's raining heavily that I can't wait and police may scold and he asked us to board from madiwala .
My genuine question:
For whom is he driving?
Why din the office guy did not check passengers list .
What measures do thy have if we are stuck in natural crisis like rain?
Since it was only three passengers to board from Bangalore kalasipalayam, he happily ignored what if it was 10 members ????
We yelled at office guy and then he called the driver and stopped 200 mts away where v boarded auto to reach in heavy rain (refer news to know how it rained in Bangalore)
I[censored] can pls provide common sense to ur drivers on how treat passengers during crisis ..
Note: we saw people from A1 travels taking their passengers reading their names .
I need an answer .

Bus facility
Lot of issues with this bus. Please do not book for the travel purpose. On my experience it belongs to goods carrier. However goods carrier runs faster than this bus. Below are the issues
1) Bus too slow on road. Even heavy vehicles are overtaking this bus. Better to change the bus or the driver.
2) Apart from AC all other switches are in off position. Everytime need to meet the driver to ask for switch it ON and it gets disturbed for the beside passenger
3) AC is not appropriate temperature as per the condition
Suggestion:
Change this bus to goods carrier as it well suits for it.

Worst Behaviour Bus Staff

Dear team,
Am faced worst experience, my boarding time is 9:30.
But they reached at 9:20 and called me.
I reached 9:25.
Even though they can't wait min 2 mins for me.
I tried to reach bus and go along with bus 7kms.
But they are not stopped.
That conductor, worst fellow.
This is the worst means utter flop experience to me.
I have lot of plans today in my hometown.
My festival today.
What can i do???
Please understand my concern and take action on both of them.
And Kindly Refund my Amount.

driver's rude behavior
Hi,
I am travelling now from coimbatore to bangalore and my pickup point was kmch. I was waiting for the bus for past 15 mins and bus was arrived the pickup point and unfortunately one more bus hidden my bus. It took not even 2 mins i saw the bus and ran inside. The driver was very rude and say we can't stay for you, i will move the vehicle immediately and i just gave the missed call to your number for simply tracking purpose. If anyone asks i will show this and your money will be wasted. Please teach basic manners to your driver's how to treat the passengers.

worst driver behaviour

I could not reach my home town to celebrate pong all due to bus did not wait till 10 45 pm as expected. Why the driver left the place before the schedule time? I spoke to him when he called me at 10 40pm to wait?
He was not there at 10 45 and called him again and asked him to wait at airport to catch again.
He said “please come and chase i cannot wait” at 10 45 pm also whe i said the time is 10 45 why u left but he said in his watch it was 10 55... Such a rude behavior... We waited many hours when bus come late and why you are not even waiting? What is the problem to wait till 10 45? What are you going to do by going 3 mine early? Whom do you think important is? Your client? Or something else

workers behaviour is not good to passengers and abusing words

Hi, i have been travelling number 1 air travels now to avinasi from chennai. My co passenger seated near me was totally drunk and beating me unconsciously and have thrown bad words at me. If i lodge a complaint to caretaker inside your bus, he yells me telling that i need to tolerate drunk person behaviour and he forced me to sit in last seat (Low fare seat). It could be my last trip in your bus travels and won't recommend to any of my friends. I ask to not get into your travels as it hurts me a lot. None o[censored]r workers have guts to speak to that drunken person a word till now.. This travel night hurts me very badly... Redbus mticket

I'm travelling now from chennai to coimbatore in this travels. I just asked one common question after i boarded the bus. When will we reach coimbatore. The attender who was some fifty plus with all grey hair replied 'if it's so urgent you should have taken a car'. They are getting paid only because we travel thru their buses. Also, it is his god damn job to respond to travellers. What the # was he thinking, vu talking to a passenger like that? Worst travels i have seen so far.

I traveled in bus several times to Coimbatore and Kerala from Chennai and had a wonderful experience. But in this bus (No 1 Air Bus), this is the worst experience im having while traveling in a bus.
Everything is WORST.
I boarded the bus from koyembedu on 21st Feb 2019 @9:45. My seat number is U10. The passenger in the seat number (U9) who was next to me was completely drunk and i was not able to sleep due to severe bad smell. Finally I opened the window but still I was feeling really uncomfortable.
I spoke with driver and cleaner and they said they can't do anything in this case. They asked me to adjust. I also asked them whether there is any other seats available, without even checking they simply said it's not available.
Really pathetic. I don't know what else to say.
I want action to be taken against the bus authority, so that noone should suffer like me.
Everything is WORST.

I am traveling with No.1 Air Travels on[protected] @10.15pm.
The Bus condition is very worst. The passengers seats are very worst, broken seats, No clean, and the bus inertial are making worst noise, the bus sounds like worst than the old tractor.
I am surprising that, how this kind of worst buses comes to the road!!!
Expecting a good judgement regarding this.

There are loads of bed bugs in this bus. Who would wish to travel in such a bus. This is really disgusting and couldnt sleep the whole night. It is your duty to take care of the maintenance.

Lack of responsibility
Myself & my Spouses, where on the No1.Air Travels Bus on 24th May 09. We have booked to travel by this travels only because that, I was not able to find tickets on other reputed travel services, operating night buses from Coimbatore to Chennai. I was surprised to note that the tickets, were available. But While myself and my spouses & other passangers were stranded in the mid-night told to find our mode of transport to reach chennai as the Bus engine has ceased, then did I recognise why did the tickets werw easily available.
From the Time we boarded the bus, there was something wrong in the bus, The driver had stopped all the way each our to cool the engine. The bus was in a poor state of condition. So little these operators care for the passengers... Recognizing the trouble in the Engine they should have atleast put us to the nearest bus stand, So that we could have made arrangements for our journey.
Its had to believe that the engine got too hot and smoke started flowing through the AC ducts... Normally reputed travels charge less than 500rs. These people charged me 660rs to put us on the mid of the road in the middle of the night.

I wanna get down at erode bt he droped at Coimbatore.driver not even days sry straight he dropped at hopes And he says here u can find buses fr erode. No cleaner in bus also wat vl passengers do.they wanna wait their stop n get down worst experience ever had ph [protected]
