I had ordered a hoodie from nobero but the size was small so I returned it and asked for the exchange it is 13 th day but no assurance from them

I placed and order on Nov 4th 22, order no 381336, for a Wanderer Travel Hoodie for which I paid in advance. I received a confirmation mail.stating the order is confirmed however due to excess demand there could be a delay in shipment. Subsequently I was shared a tracking no SRTP[protected] by Ekart Logistics with a link to track the shipment. I mailed back to their support team escalating my concern for which a ticket 7199 on Nov 13th. Today it's almost a month since my order and their team has no clue on the whereabouts of my shipment.I have sought a refund as I have purchased another hoodie .to which they send me a mail to respond to my experience with the support specialist who never called on me. There website doesn't have an escalation matrix to reach their management, as it's evident they are not hands on on their goods and deliveries. I have also come across many such escalations regarding the same organisation on Mouth Shut.com and it is important the promoters are pulled up for fraudulent business practices.

I have exchanged mails seeking whereabouts of my shipment and to date have not received any concrete response. I have requested for a refund to which I get a automated response to give my feedback on the conversation with their associate which has never happened. They have issued a ticket ID 7199...but have no update to offer.I would want a refund and a compensation for this callous attitude where they believe they can take a customer for a ride.

i purchased on emis paid the downpayment and still product is not received yet i request cancellation of order and asked for refund still no response

Nobero customer service not replying my emails and not delivering my product that I purchased by prepaid. They are not refunding my money.
