Noble Chemist Complaints & Reviews

I have two nearby Noble stores in my area in Andheri East Pumphouse; one provides a 15% discount and the other 10%. If I ask the 10% one to give 15%, he is like, “Aap udhar se lo." Like the Noble data, it should be linked everywhere.
Not happy with the staff...

I have bought Actrapid Insulin pen at Rs. 484 including 15% discount on 09/12/23 at 9:45pm. When I opened it on next morning it was licking I thought it’s water as I have kept it in fridge so I inserted needle and gave injection to Mom but only air was coming out of needle, I tried it twice but only air was coming out. The same night I went to exchange the product but Mr. Sanjay Jha who had given me this pen said there’s no lick-age and cleaned the pen with his bare hands.

I tried to convince him to change the pen but he was the rudest person I have found in Noble Chemist, he said (Jo hota he karlo koi kich nai ukhad paiga) when I said I’ll complain it through email. Even he tried and pump the pen hut only air was coming out.

It’s my request to take strict action again the person and Noble chemist as their looting people by giving defective and broken products.

As went to the noble store goregaon west to get tamarind candy i specially said i need tamarind candy only dont give anything else the guy said he have the tamarind candy while billing also ask him this tamarind candy right he said yes ma'am this tamarind candy only when i open it to taste it was something else..when i went to ask him what you have given me he said ma'am alsready told you this is cola flavour candy...and it was shocking for me...the guy name is sunil and his manager name is mukesh...is this service given by the top medical store in india this is negligence by them..we dont know they might give patience different medicine by saying this same only company is different..kindly take strick action on them.

Noble chemist at prathana samaj has worst staff ever. They don't teach their employees how to talk to their regular clients.

I had ordered Pampers XL pants for my daughter on 9th August 2022 at 11.21pm on call but operator of Breach Candy outlet said because of raining outside it will delivered till 12.30. So I said ok. But when I called him at 12.03 am to confirm whether the delivery boy has left or not the operator said it will take more 30 mins than also I said ok.
Again same thing was told me after 30 mins & was waiting till 1.30 am but operator didn't called back, so I tried calling him again & same story was repeated & I cancelled order due to lack of patience.

Everyone is going to be Father someday or must be father but this type negligence will be not be tolerated by them.

I m damn sure that I will not recommend Noble Chemist to my friends & family.

I stay in dindoshi.
Nearest noble branch is gokuldham, goregaon, Mumbai 400063.
I'm an old CUSTOMER of yours and have bought a lot of medicines from you.
I think their service has deteriorated nowadays.
You should change your employees there.
The dilevery is many a times forgotten or ignored and also they don't talk in a proper way on call.
What they think of themselves are they the owner of noble franchise???
If I had wanted I would have called police men but still I ignored.
Ask your men to talk politely and not like ### with attitude.
Only Mr.vinay is VERY GOOD employee there.
But rest of then are ridiculous.
Pls look into matter.

My daughter purchased magnum ice cream from noble chemist near Sindhu wadi Ghatkopar East after my daughter shows one year old manufacturing date 20-01-20 then my daughter go noble chemist shop & told that Ice cream is one year old Please give refund but they refused

Very bad on behalf of noble chemist a well known enterprise...evn after a prescription which was old tabs not given.. Said wl not gv evn when it was urgent.. So its better if noble chemist shuts down if cannot help people in emergency. No one guves a new prescription in an emergency... Dats common sense which noble chemist workers dont have.

Even after having medicine available in stock this person with name mr kunal from noble chemist ghatkopar west denies to give trinergic l tablets. As i have requested for 5 tablets and he is nt ready to sell 5 tablets he can only sell full strip tht is 15 tablets. I requested him that i have prescription bt i forgt my tablets at home and i wl be out for 2 days so nly need 4-5 tablet.
But he rudely denied and he was getting aggressive and said complaint were u want.

Wanted to share an incident happened in mumbai during flood on 28th and 29th of august 2017 about how a medical store refused to give a sanitary napkin just because they dint have a person wo can operate a computer to bill it (It was just an excuse).
People standing inside the store are not customers but staff of that store who were chilling keeping others outside and refusing to sell anything.
Not even sanitary napkin which was very urgent as my friend was expecting periods so we had to walk 30 mins in that rain with waters till our thighs. Shameful.
