Nobroker Packers And Movers Complaints & Reviews

In September 2023, I choose nobroker for house shifting.At the time of booking they quoted a price of 7100 and ask for the list of items to be moved. We provided them with complete list of items and also inform them about a 3 door wooden almirah that needs to be disassembled and assembled at the destination.They agrees and assure us to send a carpenter for the same.
We asked them to send the people at 9-10 pm.On the day of shifting i.e. on 17th September they arrived 3 hours late at around 12 pm after repetitive calls.
Below are the major problems we face from them
1. The labours were very unprofessional and putting everything in boxes wherever they want.
2. They event don't brought carpenter with them and asked for extra money around 1k for disassembling and 3k for assembling.On telling them that nobroker already assure us that a carpenter will come and they said that you need to pay the amount and they were not ready without extra money.
3. When we reached the destination the distance between the truck and the lift was merely 20 metres but the labour said that after the lift the distance is more so extra changes will be levied.It was already 6:30 pm and after several calls and lots of frustration, executive from nobroker said that no extra charges are required but the labour and the third party broker were not read at all and not ready to move.
After an hours of argument we agreed to pay 1k extra for this cheap trick to get more money from these cheap and nonsense service provider.
At the time of booking why you are not getting each and every information about the pickup and destination location and quotes the actual price. I will never recommend their services to anyone at all. Please be aware

Our shifting had 30 may 2023 but they was not able to come this day so that we cancelled request.
As per our requested, you cancelled service on 31 may.
timing was 8.27 PM.
we all ready called with them again and again for refund but they rescheduled slot for shifting and do not give refund.

I have booked the moving with Nobroker close to 10 days prior the movement. They provided a lot of assurance and called a couple of times to check if there was any change of plans.

But right before the moving day, late in the evening they have called us stating the arrangement has been cancelled and they are unable to do their job because their slot was full. We had to vacate the apartment the next day so the other party would shift their items.

We were helpless, we took a risk and got the job done with the local vendors at a much higher price since we had no option.
