Hello Sir/Mam,
I am Ankur Srivastava from Lucknow in U.P... i perchased nokia lumia smart phone worth Rs. 15250 in aprill last.But in few days i got dat set was having issue of typing and hanging...i complaint to nokia service center they sent my phone to head office for 15 days .. After got my set again i felt dat issue was not solve and then again i submit my phone to nokia and they again sent it to head office for 15 days....now...

i have given in service center . but i have no received my mobile in properly condition. my mobile still has been in the service center .
i have registered many compliant in nokia service center but no action so far . please take action and confirm...

i baught my mobie phone on 2 may 2012 and after 2 days it stopped working properly and now its the 8 time its not working. the problem is when i make or answer the call i am unable to hear other person's voice and he is unable to hear my voice.
after 3 days of purchase i went to the dealer asking him my money. but he clearly denied. now again went to his shop for the same h denied again.
i baught my cell phone from spice...
