Sir, I am a LOAN holder of this bank .my account number is -[protected].I got a LOAN from this bank amounting of Rs-40000.I have cleared my LOAN installment on -21/08/2019.on -01/02/2019 on this day the branch manager said to me that I should deposit my passbook immediately on branch and I also obey his instructions and deposit my passbook on the branch.five month has been passed but he is not returning my bank passbok.My suspect is begin why manager is not returning my pass book today I went to the branch and collect my LOAN deposit statement and I saw that manager is illegally collect 5 additional LOAN installment.when I asked the manager why he illegally collect this installment from me?he Said ### ### and get out my office.so I kindly request you to take necessary action to the corrupted branch manager

Sir, my name is - jaya bhuyan. I am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari, ward no-2, dist-barpeta. I am a good customer of north east small finance bank. I have been transaction this bank for 5 years.in five years i got three loan. I have clear all three loans in time and i also deposited all loan installment timely.2days ago i was applied for another loan for this bank. Bcz previous loan is clear in time. I have submitted all necessary documents in sarthebari's branch. Yesterday i visited this branch office and enquiry about my loan amount. But manager refused to give me loan. I am schoking. I asked the manager what is my fault that you refused to give me loan? Pls investigate my matter and give me relief.
