I have ordered Krishna bhokre notes for agriculture yesterday with order number ORDNO73071. I also paid the amount in advance. I sent this website a message that accidentally while looking for the invoice I clicked cancel button in it and I also informed them about it through [protected]@notesduniya. since then I haven't heard a word from them. I sent them 3 messages to which I got no replies. I don't know whether they r going to deliver it to me or not as they are not answering to my mails. Please co-operate and let me know if they are going to deliever it or not. If yes then how many will it take for delivery??

I have done payment and ordered VISION IAS GENERAL STUDIES PRINTED MATERIAL FULL SET ENGLISH MEDIUM 2022 from NOTESDUNIYA on 9 Jan'2022 but still haven't recieved any tracking ID or mail regarding the shipment of my ordered material. Lately, what i have heard is that these people are fraudster!!! Please help me...

Amount is deducted from account but not reflecting at vendor account

So, i ordered a booklet from notesduniya, on 16/07/2020. On 17/07, i recieved a message that your order was dispatched via dtdc courier.

On 22/07 dtdc notified me that the order is in transit and will be delivered atmost till 29/07.

I waited till 29/07 but it didn't come.
After many tries i finally got success in connecting to dtdc, and they said that you should ask the company you've ordered with.

It's 7/8/2020, the date i am writing this. The package is still in transit and notesduniya.com won't even pick up my calls.

I have been frauded. This company can make fraud alot of students. So i would kindly ask the authority to take any possible action against this company as soon as possible.

I have ordered a book from notesduniya.com on 21st august 2019 and have made the payment online successful with order no ordno34215. The order was successful and the company have sent an email for despatching the item through india post via tracking id no cd[protected]in. The tracking id have been sent in the email but when i went to indian post tracking service and tracked the consignment the delivery address and pin was completely different and in another state. The delivery location was shalonibari so and delivery pin was 784104 while in the confirmation of order email my correct address was given as imphal with pin code 795001. I have attached photos of the same also. Please file a complaint of the same

Order i. D ordno24476 ordered on[protected]:52 a. M. Notesduniya haven't provided any tracking details regarding my order. I made numerous complaints regarding this they would always assure me that my shipment details haven't been updated on india post. The complaints i made on them are in vain. They would reply the same everyday. I can't get refund on my order. Please help.

Dear consumer complaints, im looking forward for your help. This particular firm notesduniya had been playing with my orders. I ordered some books from them and i called them so many times and sometimes, they would tell me that they started initializing the package for courier and sometimes they would give lame excuses that there was flood in some places. I totally understand if there had been any such natural disaster but almost 2 weeks have passed, no information was passed on packing. I am really saddened by this system of keeping things pending while others are depending on it. I hope something can be done on your part and i request you to help me get justice.
