A lady what'sapp me for home based job. She said she is from nova Technology and she is providing me a captcha work for 8 days. But she haven't discuss with me anything about agreement. But I have receive a email that I have a agreement of 11 months, if I didn't work then I have to pay 6500 per month.. Please help me out with this... I think they are going to blackmail me aftr 8 days.

Nova tech enterprises — nova tech enterprises blackmailing for money and filing fir and case

My name is satyam pandey, with due respect, i beg to say that i was started data entry work for nova tech enterprises and the nova tech enterprises were gave me a project, where i had to complete 640 forms in 7 days and after completion of project they will give 16000 to 18000 rs payment for this project.

I started filling the form. I am sure that not any form, rong filled by me like (E. G. Capital, small letters, spellings, punctuation etc) i was trying to complete my project according to their terms & condition in under 7 days. Before submission of each form i check that my filled form is correct & then submit. But suddenly 2nd day their lik stopped working and the customer care number and project manager's mobile going switched off. I was mailed them regarding my problem but i didn't receive any reply solution.

Today 21.05.2020 mahendra prajapati named person was called me as advocate. He told me that you were not completed work and so that you will have to pay 5000 for cancel your agreement if you will do not pay this amount i am filling case on you.

Please suggest me and help me as soon as possible.

They call me for data entry work with no registration fees. After that they collect my photograph and dl and send me a aggrement copy which was total copy paste format with colour xerox and even they are not informe the same and make it in a minute.

They give me 640 files to fill up with a time frame 7 days and after 385 file complete my id is blocked by them. And messg me that i am trying to multiple login that's why the id is blocked.

After 3 days mr rajendra thakur so called advocate call me and talk with me in abusing manner that i am sign a aggrement and i have to pay 4900 rs. When i deny one messg i will get that a civil case and fir lodged against me against payment of rs 9508/-

They another day i received a messg that i have to attend in ahmednagar court with rs 37950/- on 18.05.2020.
When no trains n communication is closed due to lockdown. If i am not arrest warrent will issue aginst me.

And also repeatedly call n what's app for rs 7999/- from a other no so called there customer care no.

It's a fraud company and i lodged a fir against him on 14.05.2020. And suit a case with my local judicial.

In this corona pandemic it's a hard time n lots o[censored]nemployment are attract some fraudulent company to make people fool.

So please give me suggestion and take necessary and strong action against the #. So that no one is hurt in future.

I started data entry work for nova tech enterprise. They said that they'll pay me[protected] per week and registration charges are after payment so i started work but on the 2nd day my account has been blocked suddenly and then i tried to contact them multiple times but they are not responding my phone calls and text messages
Then i tried to check online for the same and i found out that its a fraud and after some days someone calls and says that we have received a complaint against you. That persons name is adv. Mahendra prajapati. He says that i have to clear the charges for that i have to pay 5000. If i don’t pay that amount then they are filling a case againt me. When i pay that amount thn they says that i have to pay 15, 963 for noc. And then i have to pay 21, 830 for collect the docket number. And after that i have to pay 25, 853 for last step of cancellation of agrement and if we don't respond they are filling the case in ahmednagar maharashtra district court. After reading this i have recently blocked all their number from calls and whatsapp also. They also have the adhar card picture which they asked for during registration and agreement. They ask you to not login multiple times from other devices and even if you don't do they block your id being fraud so that they can blackmail you. And it's a fake agreement. Please help me with that should i do if they call and tell me the same.?

I called customer care but his phone also was switched off. I was mailed them regarding my problem but i didn't receive any reply solution.

Today 22.04.2020 mahendra prajapati named person was called me as advocate. He told me that you are not correct your form and so that you will have to pay 5000 for cancel your agreement if you will do not pay this amount i am filling case on you. And I have the recording of the conversation with Mr. Prajapati, he is very rude on call. He told me to see in court on 5th may. And when I was asking the quality report of my work he refused to gave the report.

Please suggest me and help me what should I do now.

I started data entry for nova tech enterprises they say give me 16000, 18000 per week and registration charges after payment so i started work but after 2days i leave that work...beacuse i don, t understand that work so than after some time an advocate calling me and saying the case has been find on maharastra court because of breach of contract ...he say ...you have to pay 115, 950 or else police arrest you...what i do
