Nowfloats Complaints & Reviews

We are not getting services as we want from nowfloats.
It is meaningless to use services if we do not get users.
As nowfloats have informed us, we daily do the updates but there has been no output and we are disappointed with nowfloats results.

They are not giving us proper response and stretching the situation. We are trying to tell them since 3 months and still we have no solution from nowfloats.
As we are frustrated we are complaining here

This mail is regarding the complaint of the business semg (Shree excel marketing group). As we were told that we have to deposit a cheque and we will be given a demo for our business site. The cheque for cleared without giving any intimation to us, and no body from your side gave us a call that they have sent a cheque for clearing and not even a single demo was given to us regarding our business site. After the cheque was cleared a person from your company came to our address with some stupidity site which was totally useless.
So the first one according to your policy no demo was given in the demo period.
Secondly the cheque was also sent for the clearing without giving any information regarding the same.
The sales person who came to us, is not picking up the call from last 5-7 days.

Also i have all the calls recorded with me with reasons from your sales person and manager faridabad branch that it was by mistake that we sent your cheque for clearing and we will do the work.

But sorry sir i think it's all fake, so i request u to refund my money which i paid you.

We purchased a domain, seo and app services from nowfloats in january 2018. We were told that we would have all services active and working in a month. However, they have posted wrong information (Website details) on the app and still not corrected it in 3 months time (28-mar).
They committed that the web domain i purchased from them would be in the first or second page in 2 to 3 months, if we keep posting 2 to 3 updates per week. However, despite our posting regular 5-6 updates a week, the web domain is not even on the 10th page in 3 months time.
When called, their employees keep giving false commitments and timelines.
They should face the consequences so they stop taking advantage of people. They are blatantly cheating people and there is no way to reach their senior members to complain. Hence, request you to please take some action.

Early august this year, i placed an order to do seo and boost my company's website, paid 26500 full years money in advance.
No work as agreed has even started till date. All mails and calls go unanswered. No training or resolution of my queries, wrong data, misrepresentation on line. I only get system generated messages saying my queries are resolved.. And if they dont hear from me, it is accepted as resolved. It is taking too much of my time to keep calling up each day, hold on, speak to a new person and finally issue remains. I want my money back and compensation my online image for damage done so far.
