Hi Team,
I am not able to complete my pending PRAN registration by logging in nps website An error is displayed as "The response from the payment gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS#"

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as it is on high priority for me at this moment

Help me to resolve the above mentioned issue as early as possible.

I’m an active subscriber of NPS from last 4 years. I have downloaded the NPS app from App Store and try to login, but error message says PRAN NOT FOUND IN DATABASE . Even tried to change password but same error persists! Please let me know what’s the issue and please help me in resolving the same!

I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

Post-registration - I was unable to make the payment and was logged out now I am unable to login due. The following prompt appears (image attached).

PLease resolve this ASAP as I have to make my 80 CCD (1) investment....

I have registered for NPS and then then i tried to make payment but payment gateway get stuck. Now whenever I am trying to login using my acknowledgement id, its showing error.

I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last few days.

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error

After providing all details, payment got stuck in payment gateway. And it's 2 days from then, the problem is not solved

I was trying to complete my nps generation but at the time of payment some error occurred because of which I am not able to complete it. But I need Pran number for my salary updation. My acknowledgement number is 11646095 and the date is 09/08/2021. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I subscribe a atal pension yojana (Apy) account (Pran[protected] which has been activated on 28/05/2015.

My monthly subscription of rs. 846.00

After some days (27.04.2017) the concerned department ask for submission “self-certification - fatca/crs declaration form”
And i have already send the above documents.

But after some days when i check my pran no.in database of apy, but there is a message "invalid pran no."

Against the rule 19.1 (ii) of CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws which mandates that the society/Trust/Company registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 shall ensure that the school is run as a community service and not as a business and that commercialization does not take place in the school in any shape whatsoever. However, most of the CBSE affiliated schools in Bengaluru are bluntly doing commercial activities out of school premises. Parents are pressurized to buy stationaries from school at a price more than 11 times of the printed price. For a pack of crayon with printed price of Rs.115, school charged me Rs. 1100. For 6, 50 page small notebook I was charged Rs. 2100.
This should certainly not be the ethics our tender aged children exposed to or else they will not come out of educational institutes as responsible citizens.

I have completed the eNPS form, at the time of paymnet i have declared my atm card details and cvv after clicking on that, form got stucka nd it shoes dorry your paymnet is failed, now after clicking on peding registration button and start my form, aftre filling my details, it gives below error

My Acknowledgement Number is 11452440 and the Acknowledgement Date is XX March, 2021.

Every time I try to complete my pending registration, I get this message, "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after some time." I am getting the same message from last 5 days.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
