Money deducted from account but not credited to NPS

On 11th February 2023 I tried to make a contribution of Rs 50, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 50, 000 at the earliest....

Hello, Today I have made transaction for Rs 45, 000 to NPS trust thorugh Bill desk via Google Pay. Amount is debited from my HDFC bank account but its doesnt show credited transaction at nps account. Can you please check and refund if amount not credited to NPS account and confirm to [protected]@gmail.com...

Payment Gateway Issue in NPS Trust

I am getting "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #" when i am trying to complete my pending registration and not allowing me to login. Acknowledgement id 11387744 acknowledgement date 12/12/2022 and dob is 06/01/1997.

Please resolve ASAP.

Nps payment gateway issue

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error .

"The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment...

While doing payment to NPS amount deducted but error message

While doing payment to NPS amount deducted got successful message for few seconds and then error message came " Reason: Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologies for the inconvenience and request you to try again later."
The transaction was of 20000 INR. Kindly please initiate the process for further transferring to NPS account.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

problem while completing pending registration for nps

I am getting "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." when i am trying to complete my pending registration and not allowing me to login. Acknowledgement id 11490985 acknowledgement date 11/03/2018 and dob is 30/10/1996.

Please resolve it.
