While registering (16 march 2023) for NPTEL exam ( Financial Statement analysis and reporting) the amount of Rs.1000 was debited from my account, but examination fee payment was unsuccessful. Inn my next attempt, payment got successful. Till now, the amount is not refunded to my account. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible....

Request for Refund from NPTEL

While registering for NPTEL exam on 14.3.2022, amount of Rs.3000 was debited from my account, but registration is not successfully completed. Still the amount is not refunded to my account, even 10 days gone after registration. Will it be refunded automatically or have to do follow-up? kindly give suggestion or way to get the money back,
