I have been tracking my important parcel for the last 20 days and I have yet not received it . Last it was dispatched from NSH PUNE 28-06-22 and there is no update thereafter . please notify me the whereabouts of my parcel and deliver it as soon as possible

A speed post parcel was sent from kolkata on 1st november and it reached nsh pune on 2nd november but till date i have not received the parcel.

I have raised a complaint for this and there also i have no response also i have submitted a written complaint, no response. I have contacted the local post office and they say they have not received the parcel.
