As I has mentioned in the subject, my scholarship had been rejected at pfms with the reasons 'NA'

I'm Ngavapsing Mahon student of Phonics school of engineering and business management pursuing BSc agriculture 2nd year.registration ID MN[protected]. My bank account is in active status and application status is Sent to PMFS for payment but rejected at PMFS and rejection returned by PMFS is NA.
So please solve my problems.
