I had ordered white and red art silk sari. The entire sari is white with red embroidered border and gold lace. What received was a complete disaster. It was some cheap, blue with red printed border, worth 1/10 times of what i paid.

This company is complete fraudster. I can't get through their line now.
People please be aware of such fraudsters.

This is regarding a suit which i ordered last week and was eagerly waiting for it to deliver. It was too disastrous how can such pathetic dress be delivered to a customer. You (Nulete) guys promote your business and showcase your dresses in such a way that we make ourselves fool seeing them. I was supposed to get yellow and white rayon suit which was mentioned in the picture but instead i have received such a bad fabric with red colour. Why so drastically change in pattern and colour.
I'm requesting to please issue my refund or replace the pathetic suit which i have received from your end. Look into this matter and please take the action accordingly otherwise i would be giving feedback and l will share my worst experience on entire social media channels. I'm highly depressed with nulete service. This can't be expected from the business they (Nulete) running on social platforms. I'm attaching the image of what i ordered and what i've received. Check it and kindly do the needful.

Please stop making fool to people because it could be disastrous to justify such bad service.. I expect an action from your side this is the reason why you people don't exchange the suit. Because you have to make fool to people around.

Please take action against this person or online site. I need refund of my money. Government should cancel the license to sell these kind of sites.
Also, the given phone number is incorrect. They don't even revert on email. Fake details provided in customer support field.

Recently i ordered a kurti in that website (Nulete) worth rs.1290, but i received a product which is completely different than the product shown on that website. It has been mentioned that there is a return option available but i cant find any option like "return", moreover i tried contacting the customer support to report on this issue later i found that the number provided is a fake one.

I had ordered pink kurta from nulete, but they have delivered completely different cloth which is not worth for the amount paid. Return policy option is showing in website but there is no return policy button to proceed.in terms and condition they have mentioned they will debit 500 rs for return policy. Such a fraud site. Action must be taken on this company. They are just disgusting.

I received completely different thing.. Its white kurta with such a bad quality. I have sent an email to them but no reply.

This so called online shopping store should be reported and closed as i ordered for a reddosh orange kurti and inreturn we got a chaeap quality blue kurti when raised a consumer complaint the nulete team sent us an email as follows:

Thos had disgusted me beyond words as they ask for the bank details even on calls. The amount of rupees 1, 040 has to be refunded by any means and also the product return must be arranged.

I odered one dress from online shopping on facebook nulete on line shopping on the 29/3/2019 cost inr 1704 inclusive tax and after discounted which i paid cash on delivery. My oder no is nl[protected]. Today apr 5th 2019, i received the product which was totally different dress which is not worth wearing it. Very bad and poor quality. Before purchasing i had check on the nulete website which gave very good and positive customer reviews. I believe these are fake reviews. The customer care number cannot be reached. Upon receiving i google the and found out that 100 of people were cheated with the same reasons and i believed it is a fraud website.
Please assist me to refund my money and stop this fraud company so that no more people being cheat.

I ordered kurti black/red size xxl for rs.950+tax (Rs. 998)
Since i did postpaid, i was offered a discount of rs.95/-. So iahd to pay only rs.908/-

I sent an email in nulete. [protected]@gmail.com. But there's no respose to my email.
I am attaching the photos orderred item, received item and the invoice attached with it
I either want the original order delivered and the unwanted item taken back or i would like to get my cash refunded at the earliest with interest for whatever delay they effect in this matter

I received a wrong item on 31st march which i ordered on 28th march 2019, i tried to return that but there is no return tab on the website and after that i wrote a e- mail on nulete.[protected]@gmail.com but I have been asked to send the images of bill and item which i did promptly but again i am getting a reply to send the details again. I don't understand the delay in accepting my return . Kindly help me as there is no TAB on the website to return the product.
