Defective Shoe

Hi Team,
I am extremely disppointed in buying Numero Uno Black leather shoe (NV-1007) from their store in Cannaught Place (Block N7) which became unwearable within a weeks time. The purchase was made on 13 June 2010 & the shoe wore out in 2-3 use only which clearly indicates that a defective item has been sold to me.
Problem: It was clarified at the time of purchase if the sole will wear (uncertain about the pasting) out soon & if it does will it be exchanged by your service center. I was assured by the sales person at the store that no such problem will occur in the shoe & even if it does then my shoe will be exchanged under gurantee period of 3 months.
To my surprise, the pasting of the shoe could not even sustain 2-3 days usage & i had to go back to your store in CP on 20 June 2010 against the same fault which i doubted initially. Even more surprisingly, on raising the issue the sales people in the store denied any such commitments & instead told me that they would get the sole pasted & repaired. I handed over the shoe to the store incharge for addressing this issue, but i havent heard from him for the last whole week.
I do not understand that if the defected piece is not to be exchanged then the same problem would recurr again. I did not pay for a defective piece & should not be asked to compromise for the repair.
Please help me in claiming what is rightful of my purchase by escalating this to the higher officials in Numero Uno. Also, if possible please share the contacts of the senior people in Numero Uno who can address this issue.

I bought a Numero Uno Black Casual Slippers From yougal Sons Bhupinder Road Near 22no Phatak patiala punjab.After two - three Days it can broken from front. please way of replacement.

Delay in redressal of complaint
Hi,
I am also an aggrieved customer of Numero Uno. I bought a Jeans worth Rs. 2000/- from Selection Plus, Phase 7, Mohali showroom. After the very first wash, the leather stap (on the backside along with belt loops) released it's dark brown colour and spreaded all over the back including back pockets which looked very ugly. I approached the showroom owner and asked them to replace the piece or make it stainfree. It's now about a month, everytime I visit the showroom, he politely gives me a sugar tablet by saying that Jeans has been sent to the company and it would soon be made available to me but nothing seems to be going in right direction. Now the showroom owner has given me the mobile number of distributor in Chandigarh whom I am contacting for redress the complaint. Even he is giving the lame exuses. Can anybody help me in getting the justice.

Color totally fed after one wash
Hi,
we had bought 2 Jeans from G-9 A Janak Place Distt Centre Jankpuri New Delhi about 1 months back for Rs.1399. It got turn color fed
(defective) after one normal wash, i was told by the person from showroom that it will be replaced within 1 week. I got a phone call from the showroom after 20 days that jeans is ok, its color fed due to abnormal wash . I asked the person that two jeans of same color and same design become colorless after only one wash by diffrent person . then he again hold my jeans due to this i am fed up, please advice where should i go

Numero Uno — It got torn in 2 days which was not even washed
Hi,I had bought 1 Jeans from Parush Gallery, G.K, New Delhi about 5 months back for Rs.1699. It got torn
(defective) in 2 days which was not even washed, i was told by the person from showroom that it will be replaced within 1 week. I got a phone call from the showroom after 15 days that jeans is replaced, when i went there it was not the same design & color. I asked the person there if i can choose another jeans which he refused & said that company has given this replacement & i have to accept that only.
I rang up your office at phone no.[protected] & spoke to Ms Shruti about 4 months back, she told me that she will ring back after 1 hour after inquiring from Parush Gallery but she never replied back even after 20 calls. Then 1 day Mr. Rakesh singh came on phone & he also said that he will do the same but even after so many requests were made he also didnot solve my problem but kept on saying "give me 1 day & he will solve the problem" but that was again a false promise.
After so many false promises i am fed up, please advice where should i go?

here i want to inform u that the show room of NUMERO UNO which is situated in V3S mall, laxminagar, delhi-92 are selling duplicate goods with tag of NUMERO UNO

yes you are quite right i also purchased a t shirt from chandigarh show room
first when i approached there for complaints they didnt entertain me then they tried to put fault on me that u go n dryclean it first then only we will put it for complaint while on t shirt itself it is written that hand wash only

Numero Uno — colour fade of jean
i bought a cortroi jeans from kashmir readymade sec 17 ,chandigarh. After single wash its colour got fade.when i went to dealer they asked me for produce purchase bill to make sure that i have purchased the same jeans from their outlet. normally no one has purchase voucher of cloths ,although i am a regular customer for numero, but after this incident i ve no trust on this brand in futureNumero Uno — exchange of size

Numero uno shoes — Pasting of sole
I have purchased apair of shoes worth rs. 2800 of Numero uno on 28th April from connaught palace new delhi.Now the sole of these shoes started coming out.
I have purchased these shoes on the basis of goodwill of the co. but if the products of these kind of brand are not reliable then where elsecan we go?
Can i get the replacement of these shoes because repair of the shoes will not solve the problem permanently.
We select the goods of these brand due to the the durability and comfort but sorry to say i can't find anythi of the above in my case.
Please suggest.
