Dear sir, i have received a call from o tech company for part time captcha filling job. They told me for each right captch, they will pay ₹2.25 and within 10 days you have to fill 10000 captcha with 90% accuracy and if you failed to do this, you will have to pay a penalty of ₹6000. I agreed for this job. They asked me my aadhar details, mail id, and signature and one photograph in whatsapp. I gave all these papers to them and they send a contract paper. After 2 days of working i found the company is fraud and when i talked them they are blackmailing me to pay ₹6000 for breaking contract. They told me that if i don`t pay them, they will send a notice in court and i have to pay more ₹[protected]. Sir i don`t know what should i do now. Please help me. Sir i am saritha from kerala. I just work sincerely in o tech company for mac2cap captcha typing but the server give fake report.in this fake report saying 2322 errors and my total completed work 6990. But i just complete only less than 4000 within 6 days. Then i stoped typing captchas and inform it to the company representatives. Then they say that it is server issue it will change next day. But the report is not changing. And i have the screenshot of all captchas that i complete.in the agreement they say that if i cannot complete 10000 captchas with 90%accuracy then i need to pay 5000 rupees. And now the server gives fake report. Now the company advocates are calling me and say to pay money more than 20000 please help me sir. Today one person addressed by

Dt:[28/08/2019], I got a call from a company o tech. Mac2cap 'app' captcha work... About a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct and told that there are few vacancies left in this job. So, when i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, aadhar card. Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 5000 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Ongoing project from fraud ph no[[protected]] to[[protected]]. Very irresponsible person not answer my phone after agrerment they shall not help me for cancellation. Why i compete 10000 captchas. These matter how to tell to that person without answering phone many messages sent via sms whatsapp but no response if i call call reject. Please close my agreement the second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly and cancel my aggement also

I got a call from o tech company . They offered me a online job which is typing 10000 captcha in 10 days . They didnt clear whole information in starting . Unhone mera adhar card or sign manga n . Agreement sign hone ka information bi ni diye . During to work if any problem creats so they didnt ataind calls . And didnt count my captcha correctly . And at the end they dimand penelty to me

The detail in whatsapp i started the work. But not completed. Next few days later they send mail to me. Nishi sharma advocate i pay the 21000 with in one day. Otherwise they send legal notice in my house via policestation. I got complained police station. Please help me to solve this

But as this company didn't ask any initial payment i trusted this company and i read all the terms and conditions of the agreement and i signed it. As i couldn't get the work completed, i was ready to pay 5000 as in the company agreement. I was waiting for the call from company people. Suddenly one advocate called me and said that as you didn't agree to pay 5k, this case has forwarded to us and he was demanding huge money. I paid 5k and also received noc certificate from the company last month. Still i am getting calls from the advocate saying that the case is still pending and we will issue legal notice to the address and all. This is such a fraud company and i request anyone to take severe action against them as they are penalising people demanding inappropriate money for no reason. And i am also receiving messages that the legal notice is dispatched and all. Please help me in this problmm plzzz plzzzz

So i have applied to them after some time they called me and said that they will provide work they said 10000captcha codes to be entered and should maintain 90% accuracy. They sent me one app and said to install it and said to upload a pic and sign. I have done it after some time they sent me a bond with my sign and photo without informing me and without my permission he careated a bond after two days i saw in online about o teach and came to know that this is afraud company and i called them and messaged me but they didnt gave me any response
After 7days they started calling me and sending mails to pay amount with mentioning that he is an advocate
He is calling me and harrasing me to pay amount otherwise we will file a case against you he is saying. I have been facing a lot problmes with this fellows soo please help me out from this

I was searching for part time job and they call me to do work with them. The work was to fill capthas for 10 days and you will be give a salary of 20000 after 10 dys then they ask me for my aadhar card n they send me an agreement n said to sign on it i ask that girl that how can i believe you bt she convinced me.in that agreement they have written that you have to give 5000 as penalty bt that girl said that u don't have to give any money they only says like that. One person named raj patel called me about a company who is offering a job and work from home a month back and he said if i complete the work they would pay me 24000 and i started and stopped the work at the middle due to the counting mistake and i complainted to the person who gave me work on "8th march at 3:49 pm". After few days on "22nd march" they sent a mail showing that i have to pay "7, 510" after some time a lady called me and said that a lawyer named "akshay raval" was appointed for the case and i need to attend maharastra in case of not paying the money. Then i payed the 7, 510 on the same day and on "23rd march" then sent an noc mail about the problem and wriiten its been solved. On today "10th of april" i got a call from the o tech company saying that i should close the case for that i should attend to the court in maharastra or i can sign from home. I said i would sign from home they are saying that i should pay "6000". I'm an student paying that 7510 was a difficulty and again they are calling me and asking me to pay the 6000... Sir/madam please help me with this problem. I also have the noc letter from their company.

Am a student and i was searching for an online paet time job as well nd unfortunately fell into this trap as many ppl did! I din know wt the consequences will be! The app they sent me was not at al working and now after 10 days they are threatening me with phone calls and now after few more days they sent me legal notice saying that thry have filled complaints on my name and demanding me to pay 8k! I told them that i already informed the executive about the app ehich is not working at al! But they aren't considering! I spoke so politely but the so called advocate tanya singh (Tanyasingh. [protected]@gmail.com) was so damn rude and demanding fo money and asking me to come all way to maharashtra from tamil nadu nd then say the court judge there about me informing the executive about the not working app!
This is putting me under alot of pressure and stress! Please do help me! Almost all ppl here are facing the same problem so i humbly request the authority to take necessary steps and provide justice for ppl out here crying because of this fake company and the forged documents! Thank you

Sir i am also facing the same problem of o tech i joined this company for home based work and i got the work of 10000 captchas do in 10 days if i didnt complete then i have to pay 5000rs panalty amount after i strated work i am facing problem that the counting going wrong and i realised that i joined fake company so i cancel the work then they ask me to pay 12425rs for panalty plus 72, 73 & 74 section charges and i paid all amount they told me but now they force me to come mumbai court for sign on documents to close the file or if you not able to come do the digital signature on blank paper with photograph or also pay 2100 rs for digital sign charge fees. And i also got ghe noc from company that there is no amount is due on me but advocate harassing me by applying new charges like 1 year bond charges that i have never signed after closing my file they want me to come mumbai and sign the file but i am not able to reach there so they want that i sign on blank paper with photograph after that i got an otp that otp i should to tell them. Please help me sir what should i do now..

[protected]@gmail.com they give you online capta filling job usually done to hack banks server first they told you to give aadhaar pan card and then they make a agreement which says that if work not completedbthey will sue you for 5000 they did not sign the document from the you but after some day they will start calling you that pay the amount even when you didi the whole work some time there software is showing 50% less work done then you actually did these people call them self advocate and do fraud in name of advocate

When i knew about the fraudulent about the company i told them that i can't do their job. But they force me to do their job and after 10 days of registration they emailed me for registration fees of rs.5000. And after 2 days the advocate called me and told that they will take legal action against me on court. I can't pay the money. Please help me any body. What should i do, please give me suggestion.

O tech company called me, and gave me a part time job offer.
I completed the work, but then a lawyer called me and told me to pay a penalty, i paid so, but again and again they are calling me to pay more money.
Repeatedly they are asking for more and more money, i am a student and i am being harassed mentally.
I am not able to concentrate on my studies.
Please do something.

You want to do 10000 captches and 9000 must be correct after completion of this work you will get 21500 salary and he took my adhar card front back photos and my selfi photo and signature. He send two app links and he told he told work will be started after 6:00pm... And i opened the site after 6:00pm that site was not opening. Than i leaved the site now they done phone call to me and they were saying pay 9500. I[censored] didn't pay the money otherwise they will registering case in maharashtra court aganist me... I got a call from o tech agent for the part time job, told about the captcha code filling work, that i have to fill 10000 captchas in 10 days with 90% accuracy and they have sent me 2 links to my whatsapp. They have asked me to send my aadhar card details, email id and my mobile number. After few minutes they said open that link and upload your photo and signature. I did the same.in the app, they have sent me the agreement without my permission. They did not tell anything about the agreement earlier. After completing the process i started doing the work. But they didnot update my work that how many captchas i have typed, and the app worked very slowly and app is always showing alert messages like"your app is not responding". I have complained about the issue and they didnot respond, they did not even take my calls. After 10 days, they started calling and sending emails and haradding and demanding me to 5000. Again after 2 days they called in the name of an advocate and blackmailed me to pay 13000, i paid 13000 also i got noc and the next day a lady called me and asked me to pay 18500 for clearence if not case will be filed aganist me and police will come and arrest me. They are demanding me money continously and sending me notice through email. Yesterday i received a msg that hard copy of notice is sent to my adress
Please help me resolve this situation.

I received a call from the company for doing the capcha work saying that i will have to do 10000 captcha in 10 days, failing to which i will have to pay 5000 rs to the company. When i checked later in google, i came to know that this is a fake company cheating people.in the application they provided also, the captcha number returns to 0 after completing 150 of them. Today, a person called me telling thet his name is adv. Arush shukla. He informed me that they filed a legal case against me and asking me to pay an amoutn of more than 1 lakh to the company as i failed to submit the work on time. He informed me that a legal notice has been sent to my address as well. Please help me to solve this issue. The contact number of mr. Arush is [protected]
