Hello my name is aditya and i also registered in this fake company. They said that i would have to write 10, 000 captchas in 10 days with the accuracy of 90% and if i don't complete the task then i would have to pay 5, 000 rupees as the penalty fees but now they are threatening me for 13, 000 rupees and they are saying that if i don't pay they will take legal action against me.
What do i do....

I registered on the o tech for captcha work. The provide me a app by the name of mac2cap. The app was not working properly that's why i can't complete my work. After 10 days the call me and said that you have to pay a penalty of 5000 rupees otherwise we will put a f. I. R on your name in mumbai court.
So please help me in this. How can i pay fine for such thing whose app id not working properly.
Please help me in this and tell me this is scam or not

Hello sir, i am a student when i applied for part time job for this company they just told me to pay the penalty for the work given in case of incompletion of the work. But now they are calling me that they will file a case and they are saying that i have made 11 months agreement with the company, to terminate the agreement they calling me frequently to pay the amount of rs15, 500 for immediate termination otherwise they are threatening me to pay the amount of 50, 000

I've been looking for a job so i've applied for online data entry work at different websites.
Then, i've got a call for an job offer from o tech company. There was a lady who gave me details about the job. I've signed an online agreement through agreement software. They have taken my details like adhaar card copy and my email. I was supposed to solve and submit 10000 captcha with 90% accuracy through the app they provided. Daily i was doing work and checking the report they have given in the software. But when they have started decreasing my captcha count then i've complaint it to the helpline no. But they replied that the captcha are counted by server...
On 8th day captcha count was about 8808 but on next day they were decreased... I've taken the screenshot and i will attach them here too...
After the completion of work i've checked my captcha count it shows only about 6500...
Then there came a call from advocate from otech company naming akshay ravel... I've said the whole situation to him. He said that hi can't do anything and then he started to threatening me for paying rs 5000 to the company...
On next day he called me and said that notice was issued against me in maharashtra court of latur district and i've to pay rs 5000+3000 for notice charge and maintenance fee of otech company...
Now he have been calling me to pay rs 40000 to the maharashtra court and said that the hard copy will be given to me soon...
But hard copy of notice didn't reached to me yet...
Please help me to get rid of this problem...
I've seen many complaint against this company on this website too...
This company is fraud...

I got a call from o tech agent for the part time job, told about the captcha code filling work, that i have to fill 10000 captchas in 10 days with 90% accuracy and they have sent me 2 links to my whatsapp. They have asked me to send my aadhar card details, email id and my mobile number. After few minutes they said open that link and upload your photo and signature. I did the same.in the app, they have sent me the agreement without my permission. They did not tell anything about the agreement earlier. After completing the process i started doing the work. But they didnot update my work that how many captchas i have typed, and the app worked very slowly and app is always showing alert messages like"your app is not responding". I have complained about the issue and they didnot respond, they did not even take my calls. After 10 days, they started calling and sending emails and haradding and demanding me to 5000. Again after 2 days they called in the name og an advocate and blackmailed me to pay 13000, if not case will be filed aganist me and police will come and arrest me. They are demanding me money continously and sending me notice through email.
Please help me resolve this situation.

I have seen work from home in quikr
So i have applied to them after some time they called me and said that they will provide work they said 10000captcha codes to be entered and should maintain 90% accuracy. They sent me one app and said to install it and said to upload a pic and sign. I have done it after some time they sent me a bond with my sign and photo without informing me and without my permission he careated a bond after two days i saw in online about o teach and came to know that this is afraud company and i called them and messaged me but they didnt gave me any response
After 7days they started calling me and sending mails to pay amount with mentioning that he is an advocate
He is calling me and harrasing me to pay amount otherwise we will file a case against you he is saying. I have been facing a lot problmes with this fellows soo please help me out from this

This company was initially asking for online captcha work, and then tricked candidate to send selfie and signature, by which they make fake agreement. Now they are blackmailing us for money.

They dont provide any paper about the legal existence of the company, the dont give their office adress also.
I even have their phone recording where they are denying to give any document or address of the company.
In their agreement ofc adress is written as aurangabad, but they r calling from latur.
Sir pls help, what should i do

Hi sir... This is sandeep from vizianagram. I completed my btech and i am searching for jobs through quicker. One day i got a call from otech company they said there is online job providing me and completed 10000 captcha in 10 days.. After that they ask my photograph and signature and then they crete a 100rs stamp judicial note with an agreement and they attach my photo and my signature in that after completion of 10 days they send a mail your work was incomplete and you will pay amount of 5000 rs and i pay that amount but right now they ask 13000 rs for clearance charges after that registration fees. What will i do sir pls concern on me

I did the same.in that app they sent me the agreement without my permission and there was a matter saying that if i didn't complete the work process in time, or if the accuracy was not less than 90% then i have to pay the penalty rs.5000/- and i was unaware about the agreement. Now i found that it was a fraud company. So, please help me from this fraud contract.

Mai is app pe rozana kam karta raha par wohi problem maine jab bhi call ya mail kiya mujhe har bar ek hi reply mila app reinstall karlo, doosre phone pe use karlo.. Ya 6 pm ke bad details app mai uptade hojaengi... Kuch problem solve nahi hui phir 9th day mene helpline no pe call kiya mene bola meri problem solve nahi hui mujhe nahi karna ab work kya fayeda aise kam karne ka saare captchas sahi fill karne ke baad bhi 200 se zyada galat aaate hai. Mera registration cancel kardijiye.. Unhone bola aise cancel nahi hoti hai apko amount pay karna hoga... Advocate ki call aaayegi apke pas.

They asked me to send aadhar photo for details in wattsup
And they send me to install 2 apps via wattsup
Then they made call to me and talking with me and said to click 3 options and sign and 2 options for photo
Aftet the call iam came to know they made me aggrement without my concern
After uploading they said they will call me back and says what and how to do work
In which they will take 5000 as their commission and

A few days ago, I got a call from a company about a part-time job which involved entering 10000 captchas within 10 days in which 90% has to be correct and told that there are few vacancies left in this job. So, when I accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, aadhar card. Within a few minutes, I got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 5000 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement and asking to me pay money for not meeting their demands. The second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly
